The cleanliness was impeccable, and the fireplace perfectly functional, with wood provided free of charge by the host. The apartment is immersed in the tranquility of the Modena Apennines, an ideal place for those looking to disconnect from the daily hustle and bustle. Nearby are several hiking trails, perfect for exploring the surrounding nature. Sergio and his wife were exceptional hosts: kind, helpful and never intrusive. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating break!

I stayed in this B&B for two days and had a really great time. The property is well-kept, clean and welcoming, with a pleasant environment and equipped with everything you could need. Breakfast was fabulous and prepared with fresh and quality products, a real pleasure to start the day. One of the strengths is definitely the hospitality: the owners are very kind, helpful and always ready to give useful advice on what to visit in the surrounding area. I felt at home from the start.
