So worth it to stay inside the walls. This is a great place for that!

Clara was responsive and helpful. She was there to meet us and help us with parking and walked us through the entire house. She was wonderful. The space was perfect with a wonderful patio. Totally would recommend.

We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

Charming stay, room and patio with a view that is unparalleled in beauty and tranquility. Beautiful room, well-stocked, everything extremely well cared for in detail by a person - Elena, although we did not have the opportunity to meet - who puts love into providing an experience that is absolutely to be repeated. The common areas are also extremely well-kept and comfortable.

Silvia and her husband were incredibly accommodating hosts. The location was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning Tuscan views. Even during our visit in June, the fans provided were more than enough to keep us cool and comfortable. A truly memorable experience!

We felt very comfortable at the place. In the town of Chianni, there are cafes, restaurants and small grocery stores for daily needs. The area is quiet and a good starting point for tours to Volterra or San Gimignano. The contact with Maya was friendly and uncomplicated. We can recommend the property.

We loved staying at Elisa’s place - so lovingly restored and a truly special place. Beautiful setting and we loved hanging out in the garden on the sun loungers in the peaceful surroundings. Being able to say hello to their dogs and having their sweet cats in the garden made it feel like home to us. Easy parking nearby. Thank you so much!

Lajatico was a surprise, as was Laura's accommodation. We travel a lot and this experience was one of the best ever. Too bad we only stayed one night: the accommodation and Lajatico deserve more time: we will be back!

Giovanni and llenia were the best hosts I've come across. From their immaculate apartment to cleanliness and stocked fridge was unmatched. Thank you for providing a home away from our home! As stated in previous reviews, ideally located in the heart of Tuscany to crisscross each day to a different place. Parking in front of the house, there is not always space, there is another parking 200 meters away. I came 8 days at the end of December. When I arrived, it was 8 degrees in the apartment. The apartment should have been at a good temperature for my arrival. So first very cool evening... A welcome document and information on the functioning of the house, the management of the garbage cans, the surrounding sites... would be appreciated. No contact with the owner. Lockbox and no welcome or intermediate message during the stay. The apartment is large, functional and has lots of charm. Excellent bedding. Quiet and very nice view of the Appennins.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, thank you for your hospitality, to all the staff and family. First class, recommended restaurants plus made reservations for us, which were needed, and recommended sites to visit. Rooms were spacious and clean, grounds were beautiful, wine tasting and Stephan’s knowledge of wine making made the tour. We also had breakfast every morning, and one evening had a dinner, recommended. A beautiful couple, so glad we meet them. Hopefully we will be back again.

We were delighted with the accommodation, the beautiful town of Peccioli (!!!) and the great Tuscan surroundings! The accommodation is great and nothing is missing... the beds are cozy, the decor is very nice and in the beautiful grotto we relaxed after eventful days. The location of the accommodation is great... Florence, Pisa, Livorno, Lucca... all easily accessible within an hour by car! ...and we only met Alessandra briefly on arrival, but that was very nice and everything uncomplicated! Definitely a full five stars and a clear recommendation!!! This is how Tuscany works 👍

Everything was exactly as described, the place was modern, clean and very spacious! The amazing view from the balcony was what initially sold us and it did not dissapoint! The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. This place is definitely recommendable!

Very nice quiet accommodation in Tuscan flair. Great complex with pool and great views. Quickly in Florence and on the roads to the excursion destinations. Definitely recommend! We'll be back. :)

Just wow! We will come here more often from now on. To go on vacation or even work from here on a weekly basis! It is a totally quiet area, everything super clean and the landlady was suuuuper friendly and helpful. This apartment in the heart of Florence is a true gem. It’s spacious, comfortable, and modern, yet still retains its historic charm. The location is simply dreamlike, with the widow view and the proximity to The Accademia being the highlight. Having the Accademia right in front of the window was priceless. The bathroom is spacious and clean, and the kitchen is well-stocked and discreet. Conveniently located, restaurants, shops, and a supermarket are just a short walk away. The communication was easy and fast, and Luca was friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a perfect apartment in an ideal location. I highly recommend it, and I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to Florence. Thank you so much for hosting! 🤍

This estate is a dream—life changing in all the best ways. From the jasmine-scented gardens and sweeping views of Siena to the beautifully restored guest suites—personally designed by Andrea, an architect and true artist—every detail felt magical. He greeted us so warmly, spent generous time sharing the estate’s history, and even gifted us a bottle of his family’s wine—which was absolutely lovely and made us feel truly welcome. The plunge pool was a refreshing retreat, and the setting was pure tranquility: birdsong, rustling leaves, and golden Tuscan sunsets. Andrea gave us a wonderful tour and shared the story behind his family’s efforts to preserve this incredible place. We adored the gentle Maremma dogs, Fiora and her puppy, Pecorino, who made us feel right at home. We were so impressed with this stay and Andrea’s efforts to preserve this very special place. Every moment here felt like a scene from a film—elegant, peaceful, and filled with soul. We can’t wait to return.

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

We had a wonderful stay at Emily's place, it is so sweet and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The hot tub is an amazing addition and the terrace is huge and great for having a drink before heading into town. It's a very short walk away from the city walls and is in a perfect location just 10 minutes from all the restaurants and bars. This is a gem!

We loved staying here and had the most fantastic time. They were super helpful and responsive to everything and we can’t wait to go back.
