On top of a hill of centuries-old olive trees on the southern shore of the Trasimeno stands LA BADIA DI S.ARCANGELO. In this unique and precious place is the apartment "Il Convento" which will welcome you with its warm atmosphere and a welcome gift with local products. It can accommodate up to 5 people and consists of a dining kitchen, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a special bathroom created in what used to be the bell tower of the Abbey.

Inside, in a 40 sqm space, there is a double bed, a sofa bed, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen.

Large, bright, functional space with an all-Umbrian view, surrounded by the vast vineyard, centuries-old olive groves, enchanting landscapes, large garden and other magnificent plants. 10 km from the historic center of Perugia and 10 km from Lake Trasimeno.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.

The property has a 360° view over the valley and down to the Trasimeno lake. Garden with common pool in summer and play ground. MAX people 2, no kids under 12 years old.

Lang’s Lakehouse is in a unique location, being one of a handful of properties on the banks of Lake Trasimeno, Italy’s fourth largest lake. The property sleeps five upstairs. Directly in front of the property is a large grassed terrace, perfect for relaxation or entertaining. Visitors can swim, paddleboard or fish from the front of the property and even cook pizzas in their own pizza oven.
