We were very pleased with the Hotel Bernini. The best thing was the shared terrace, with great views. The staff was helpful and friendly. Location excellent. Atmosphere relaxed.

The villa was magnificent! It was so atmospheric and charming, breakfast from Carla were so good, it was a really pleasant stay. The room was also really comfortable, with history and a lot of cute details. And also this location .. can’t describe in words how beautiful it was

We had a great stay at Sylvia’s place. Location is excellent, walkable to everywhere and peaceful despite being close to a lively area. It was super clean, simply furnished but very comfortable and we loved having access to the terrace. Sylvia is a fabulous host- she was very friendly and helpful, especially spending time helping us work out the best way to travel to Pisa airport on the day of a national strike! It was nice to also have basics for breakfast - tea coffee milk juice toasts and jam, etc. I’d thoroughly recommend Sylvia’s place and would stay here again.

One of the best homes we've been to. The building in an old medieval tower with garden overlooking the lake, totally renovated and very comfortable inside. The room is beautiful and very clean, everything was perfect and very professional. Best of all, Monica's treatment, always attentive that we were at ease, picked us up at the station, gave us recommendations about the village and at the exit allowed us to leave our bags until the time of our train. Fantastic breakfasts, adapted to my gluten-free food needs. Thank you very much for everything, if we go back to the area we will stay here again definitely!

Roberto is a 10-star host!! Amazing, he made us routes, recommended restaurants, it's like hiring the whole trip, not just the accommodation. Every detail is taken care of, the house is amazing, cozy, family, clean, it is a home, you feel at home at all times. There are no words to thank you for everything you have done. The place at Dina's is really great. It was nice and quiet, the garden is fully fenced, so my dog could and was allowed to run free. For a walk, we went right up the hill full of olive trees. We also did a nice trail run. You can be at the lake or at supermarkets in minutes. But the special thing about the place is Dina herself. She is a really great, dear, warm, friendly and talkative lady and always strives to make you feel comfortable. My search dog Dami and I really had a great time. Thank you :)

We had the most amazing experience! The property is stunning and pictures don’t do it justice. All the staff are so welcoming and so helpful. They helped us book a Vespa tour and gave us recommendations for dinner spots. So much to do by car around the area!

I could not recommend Il Segreto more. We had a perfect stay—the room, the view, the food. Every detail is perfection and so thoughtful. The hospitality is incredible. The breakfast and dinner were the best of our entire trip. I’m so grateful I found this gem. Don’t hesitate and stay here. We will we back!!

Our stay was absolutely lovely—I only wish we could’ve stayed longer! The area was so peaceful and charming, a perfect escape. Antonella went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was kind enough to drive us into the village for lunch one afternoon since we didn’t have a car, which we really appreciated. The hospitality from her and the other ladies made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and experience authentic Tuscan warmth!

Had an incredible stay here, the location is stunning and so serene. We spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool, and took the opportunity to take the free shuttle into San Gimignano a couple of times. The breakfast was really great too. This stay was one of the highlights of our Italy trip!

Aurora and her parents are so nice and helpful. Since we didn’t travel by car, she even dropped us off at the bus station on her way to work. It was such a pleasant stay.

Olimpia and her son Stefano were fantastic hosts — warm, attentive, and helpful with every detail of our stay. The location is exceptional, set in a historical villa that feels like a small private museum. The homemade breakfast, with fresh pancakes and croissants, was a lovely and thoughtful touch. That said, the house is delicate and full of history — it’s not for everyone, especially if you’re looking for something ultra-modern or hands-off. But if you enjoy places with soul, this is a gem. This B&B is ideal for those who want to get to know Tuscany and want to live it to the fullest: Daniela and Giampaolo, the hosts, are exquisite and kind people who welcomed us in a beautiful accommodation in this historic house and prepared a rich breakfast with typical local dishes, both sweet and savory composed of cheeses and charcuterie typical of the surrounding tradition and cakes prepared in the house and with very fresh jams. In addition to hosting us, they recommended many places to visit nearby rich in history and local beauties, both close as Loro Ciuffenna and distant as Arezzo and beyond, with the various museums, architectures and walks that made us experience a piece of Tuscany at its best. For us this point was very important, they were tips that are difficult to find elsewhere and the passion with which Daniela talked about it convinced us even more to do these cultural adventures. Highly recommended to those who want a chill vacation in a serene environment.

I loved this stay the location and the views are stunning. I was in the area for an event and I am very happy that I chose this Airbnb. Marco was very helpful and even suggested many recommendations around the area. I would stay again.

Traveling alone, I found myself less confident and reclusive in my first 2 weeks in Italy. Upon reading reviews, I had a feeling Suzi would snap me out of it. And she DID!! She was so welcoming, made me a delicious dinner the first night, and made me a part of her family for the week. I was even invited to her milestone birthday party with all her lovely friends, and then another joint birthday family dinner at home. She gave me a bunch of awesome recommendations, always asked if I needed anything, and calmed me down when I called her in despair, being lost in a field somewhere, lol! The room was huge and cozy, the shower sooo nice! (I was in the room off the kitchen) Suzi is very intelligent and we had some interesting conversations. Her two dogs Tyra and Gigi stole my heart immediately. I will be back, maybe as a work away! I will never forget your kindness and the remarkable woman you are <3

The stay at Alvaro's house will be unforgettable, as well as for the excellent location to visit many cities, for the beautiful house, for the peace and tranquility that you can breathe in this place, it will be unforgettable for the extraordinary hospitality of Alvaro and his wife who seem like two old friends. They open the doors of their home and their hearts, two extremely generous and friendly people. We only stayed two nights, but I wouldn't have left. The pool is fantastic and can be used at any time of the day or night, breakfast is served in the garden and by booking you can also take cooking classes. Alvaro will do everything to make sure you don't miss anything, he also runs a restaurant that was closed for Ferragosto during my stay but that will be a great excuse to come back. I'm really glad I discovered this place. Don't be fooled by the photos, everything is absolutely better than it seems!! See you soon. ♥️

Cara Maria, Grazie mille! We had a wonderful time. Maria is so very kind and her Tuscan home is a dream. If you’re looking for a place to wind down and relax - this is it. It’s also very well situated. Just a few kilometres from Castiglion Fiorentino (excellent food) and Cortona (stunning views). We also took the train from Castiglion Fiorentino to Firenze and spent a whole day there. You do need a car though. Generally just a really good vacation that we can absolutely recommend. Leaving made us really sad. We look very much forward to visiting again.

Gaia and Nicolo were so kind and gave us a very warm welcome. We really enjoyed their delicious dinner and relaxing in their beautiful quiet garden with a stunning view over the Tuscany landscape. The room and bathroom were impeccable. We definitely recommend to stay there!

Great experience. The room is really nice, equipped with everything you need and above all... very clean. Rosy was an exceptional host and provided precise directions on house rules and location. The property is just outside the historic center of Arezzo and in a strategic location for visiting Florence and Siena. Super recommended.
