Monthly Rentals in Monterville

This place was the perfect spot in the middle of our camping trip. Peaceful water sounds and natural beauty while having a comfortable place to cook, shower, and sleep. Our kids adored the place and were pleasantly surprised at the number of rooms, games, and other amenities. We all loved the hot tub area. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for something comfortable but out of the way.

Laura was a great host and made sure I was taken care of at her cottage for the month, I must say it was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. She’s also easy, understanding and flexible to communicate with!

I was in the area to do a tour of the Green Bank Observatory. I had a wonderful time in the area. Absolutely beautiful. The only catch is I had no service, so the gps couldn’t work. Other than that , everything was amazing. 10/10 would recommend 😁

Loved that the location was ski in/out. The location was not too far from the main village and you can take the shuttle there and back. The condo was great, and had ample amenities. Tim stopped by to replace a broken chair and they even accomodated a request from us to borrow a vacuum as what we brought wasn't working for our vacuum seal bags. Recommend following their advice of bringing in groceries or ordering from the Walmart in Elkin. They are great hosts!
