A acomodação é perfeita! Tudo muito limpo e espaçoso. O jardim da casa é lindo e muito confortável para relaxar e beber um bom vinho. A casa tem uma vista privilegiada, com muitos vinhedos ao redor. Katerina é uma ótima anfitriã, sempre prestando informações claras e precisas. O Sr. Carlo, que nos recebeu, é muito gentil e amável. Certamente voltaremos para conhecer melhor as vinícolas da região.

Daniele e Sandra sono una giovane coppia che pur avendo iniziato solo di recente l'attività di host ha dimostrato di essere al livello di chi ha già esperienza. Tanto professionali per la puntualità e precisione nelle risposte quanto gentili nel fornire indicazioni e suggerimenti, si sono mostrati disponibili al dialogo e presenti ma senza alcuna invadenza. E' stato piacevole chiacchierare e scoprire affinità di pensiero. Vivere la casa, inaspattatamente ancor più bella che in foto, è stato confortevole sotto ogni aspetto, anche grazie alla presenza di una gatta dolcissima che ci accoglieva quando il resto della famiglia era assente. Grazie e arrivederci!

J'ai déjà beaucoup séjourné dans de multiples gîtes. Mais celui d' Antonio bat tous les records au niveau rapport qualité-prix. De plus, je tiens à souligner particulièrement la qualité humaine d Antonio qui, pour moi, à beaucoup de valeur ! Ce propriétaire connaît le mot "respect de l'autre" et sait se montrer disponible quoiqu'il advienne, cela bien qu'il soit très pris par son travail. Un séjour chez Antonio laisse des marques indélébiles tant au niveau du séjour "vacances " qu'au niveau du contact humain. Je donne volontiers 10 étoiles pour tout.

Il soggiorno da Simona ed Ettore è stato veramente piacevole. L'alloggio, preparato con le stanze ad hoc per noi, corrispondeva a quanto descritto nell'annuncio. I bambini si sono divertiti a correre e giocare sia nell'alloggio che nel bel giardino. una struttura decisamente family friendly. Ettore si è dimostrato un host molto gentile, mettendo a nostra disposizione degli spazi molto ampi e fornendoci vari suggerimenti. Da consigliare sicuramente.

Wir waren mit unseren vier Kindern in Marcos Haus und es war einer der schönsten Urlaube die wir je hatten. Das Haus liegt wunderschöne am Ende einer kleinen Straße, zwischen Weinbergen und Natur. Der Blick vom Haus und Balkon aufs Meer ist einfach wunderschön. wir verbrachten Stunden damit einfach nur aufs Meer zu schauen. 🙂🤩 im Haus ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. ausreichend Betten, Bettwäsche, Geschirr usw. Wenn wir eine Frage hatten, Hat Marco sofort reagiert und geholfen. danke für diesen schönen Urlaub, danke fürs teilen dieses Juwels. wir kommen auf jeden Fall noch Mal wieder.

È stato un soggiorno semplicemente perfetto ! La casa è enorme e in una posizione splendida. Per la mia tribù finalmente riunita con 4 bambini scalmanati è stata una vacanza di libertà assoluta. Dopo la mattina al mare, per loro c’era il pomeriggio in piscina sotto gli ulivi: felicissimi! Io mi sono goduta le albe sul mare e la brezza della sera dai balconi che girano tutt’intorno alla casa. C’è persino un bagno con balcone che affaccia sul retro. Con la porta-finestra spalancata, sembrava di fare una doccia fra gli alberi. Antonello è un host accogliente e disponibile e ci ha fatti sentire a nostro agio. Un piccolo problema di connessione a internet è stato risolto immediatamente. Anche Carmine, la persona che segue gli uliveti, è stato gentilissimo e generoso con noi: ci ha portato l’ attrezzo per cuocere gli arrosticini abruzzesi e ci ha regalato del vino. Grazie per tutte le attenzioni e ottimo il vostro olio!

Enzo was very nice and Caring. The views are amazing and this little town is magical. The apartment is small and cozy. Awesome coffee machine with milk frother and heater. And Enzo was very hospitable and helpful with everything we needed and flexible with our hours as well.

What a wonderful place! View of the ocean, big clean pool which was very well designed for both us and our children, 3 and 5 years old. The house is either just built or completely renovated, everything was spotless. We were not quite sure whether the patio and pool was shared or not but it is. This was never a problem though since the other house is occupied by the owners and they were very kind and helpful. We never felt our privacy compromised and always had solo access to the pool. The area has plenty of nice beaches and restaurants but this house is up a steep hill so it was quiet at night. We had a wonderful time and would gladly come back!

Siamo stati ospiti di Luisa per trascorrere il capodanno in compagnia di amici. Neanche il tempo di aprire il cancello che la casa dall’esterno ci aveva lasciato a bocca aperta. Non appena entrati ci ha rapito anche il cuore. Salone con vetrate immense, cucina professionale, camere con bagno privato curate nei minimi dettagli…atmosfera da film! Comfort e servizi di tutti i tipi inclusi e di alto livello. Pulizia impeccabile. Note negative? Nessuna. Grazie e sicuramente a presto!!

Villa Mayer was an excellent place to stay for my family during our trip to Fossacesia and Abruzzo. The villa was spectacular with amazing views, excellent location and it had everything that we needed for our two weeks - including the pool which was just perfect throughout the hot weather during our stay! Piero was an exceptional host; attentive and helpful. He made our stay easy and I would certainly stay again next time!

Tolle Wohnung mit viel Platz. Raffaele war stets erreichbar und hat uns nicht nur im Vorfeld viele gute Tips wie Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zukommen lassen, sondern sowohl bei der Ankunft als auch bei der Abfahrt Spezialitäten der Gegend sowie kalte Getränke (Wasser, Wein) und Olivenöl vorbei gebracht. Die Einweisung in die Wohnung war persönlich und unkompliziert. Speziell zu erwähnen sind der tolle Strandplatz mit eigenem, sehr grossen, fest installiertem Schirm und 4 Liegen im Strandabschnitt gegenüber (2 Min. zu Fuß), sowie der Privatpool die beide nur zur eigenen Verwendung und kostenlos zur Verfügung stehen. Handtücher wurden gewechselt und die Wohnung zwischendurch gereinigt! Zur sehr sauberen Wohnung gehören ausserdem 4 Fahrräder mit welchen wir gerne fast jeden Abend die kurze Strecke (20 Min/6 km) nach Pescara gefahren sind. Dort hat man eine schöne Stadt mit Fußgängerzone und Geschäften sowie weitere Restaurants. Kurzum top und Danke an Raffaele!

la location è fantastica, una villa immersa nel verde delle campagne Pescaresi! è un posto da favola ideale per feste o per soggiornare con gruppi di amici o famiglie! Iryna è una persona fantastica, gentile e attenta mettere a proprio agio l'ospite! non vediamo l'ora di ritornare! grazie di tutto

Gorgeous house and views! The photos do not do it justice! The house is located in a great area, with quick access to restaurants, beach and surrounding sightseeing, very central location in Abruzzo. It is a large home, giving ample space for multiple families. There were some issues with the water, to which Gennaro was very attentive and proactive. We enjoyed our family trip and would rent this house again !

Drop-dead gorgeous property and location! The house and grounds are well maintained, and clearly cared for. The location is perfect if you are looking for a bit of quiet and seclusion (with a 5 minute climb down to a perfect beach). I would recommend having a vehicle if you are looking to explore the surrounding area.

Tolles Haus, ruhig gelegen mit viel Privatsphäre, super Aussicht. Ein paar grad kühler als am Strand und ein leichter Wind, so ließ es sich selbst im August Hochsommer super aushalten. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten rund ums Haus. Mega toller Pool mit Sprungbrett. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

Wir haben als Gruppe von 7 Erwachsenen und einem Kind für 10 Tage in der Villa Miranda gewohnt. Das Haus ist super geräumig, Platz ist mehr als genug vorhanden. Die Lage ist optimal. Etwas außerhalb, aber Strand, Stadt und Supermarkt sind mit Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Die meiste Zeit haben wir am Pool verbracht, dieser ist top in Ordnung und sauber. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Wären gern noch länger geblieben, aber der Urlaub war leider vorbei.

Me and my friends had a great time at Carlo's villa, it felt really comfortable and Carlo himself was amazing (even giving us a lift when we missed a bus.) The garden and the pool were really nice and being able to get fresh eggs from the chickens was a nice surprise. We got to the villa quite late at night and pretty hungry so we were relieved to see some ingredients, some bottles of water and a bottle of wine there waiting for us to help us settle in. We had a lot of really good interactions with Carlo and even invited him over for a drink one day to say thanks for being such a good host. The next time we go back to visit our family down there we'll definitely look to book Casa Paterna again.

Vi reste två små familjer från Sverige, fyra vuxna och tre barn i åldrarna 1-6. Vår önskan var att spendera en vecka i ett bra hus med egen pool någonstans i Italien med närhet till Roms flygplats. Vi hittade detta fantastiska hus i Abruzzo som var en för oss outforskad region. Och väl på plats insåg vi att det var ännu bättre än vi hade kunnat föreställa oss. Mario och hela hans familj är fantastiska värdar. De är så stolta över sin Villa Nicolai, med all rätt, och vill verkligen att deras gäster ska trivas på alla sätt. De är lätta att ha att göra med, välkomnande, inbjudande och generösa. Huset är toppen! Tre sovrum, rymligt och fräscht badrum, stora ytor för socialt umgänge och ett välutrustat kök. Trädgården är helt underbar, välskött och rogivande. Poolen är stor och välskött. Villa Nicolai ligger i den vackra lilla byn Lettomanoppello, ca 20 mil från Roms flygplats, och därifrån kan man enkelt göra dagsutflykter av många olika slag. I området finns fina gamla bergsbyar, storstad och stränder. Naturen är fantastisk! Vi reste denna gång i slutet av juli när det var väldigt varmt. Pool, AC och skuggiga delar av trädgården gjorde att det fungerade bra. Jag kan tänka mig att det är ett fantastiskt ställe även höst och vår. Och jag har förstått att området är perfekt även för vintersemester med skidåkning. Rekommenderar varmt detta ställe och dess värd på alla tänkbara sätt!

Paul's place is a true gem. There is a big yard that is extremely well taken care of, with lots of beautiful and well thought of details. It has many different areas that you can spend time in, both spots for sun and spots for shade. It is truly amazing sitting there having a morning coffee with a view of a fabulous mountain top. We visited in early June, when the yard was flourishing. Paul had a kind man helping out with the yard and swimming pool, he visited every morning to clean the pool and his visits were mostly timed early, before us guests in the villa had woken up to the new day. The villa's interior was great too, it was super clean and all the interior details was of great quality and condition. Rooms were spacious, all bathrooms good and there was a bathroom in each room, which was very convenient for a group of 8 people. We would warmly recommend this villa, it was even better than we could have expected. The hosts are very kind and helpful, we felt welcome. Thank you!

La villa è perfettamente conforme alla descrizione, curata nei dettagli e fornita di tutto il necessario al punto da farci sentire a casa. Abbiamo ricevuto indicazioni anche su punti di interesse nei dintorni e lo scambio con l’host è sempre stato veloce e chiaro. Host attentissimo alle necessità della mia famiglia, in particolar modo ai più piccoli, ho davvero apprezzato. Sicuramente consiglio l’alloggio.

Ihanan tilava ja rauhallinen huvila vuorella. Upeat näköalat! Oma allas ja puutarha oli joka päivä käytössä. Meitä oli matkassa 2 aikuista ja 2 teini-ikäistä, joten oli aivan mahtavaa, että saimme kaikki omat makuuhuoneet. Jokaisessa huoneessa oli myös oma ilmastointi. Keittiössä oli riittävästi astioita ruoan laittoon. Minua ilahdutti myös, että meille oli varattu riittävästi pyyhkeitä, tiskitabletteja, kahvia sekä paperia.

My wife and I stayed at margherita's Villa on May 18-26 and it was a wonderful experience. The Villa was even more spectacular in person , the accommodations were very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The grounds are maintained meticulously and the pool is inviting even on a chilly day. The panoramic views are spectacular. The location was perfect for us while visiting our family in Bucchianico. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning . 5 stars all the way around !!
