Villa holiday rentals in Monteveglio

We had such a great stay - charming house with plenty of space in beautiful surroundings. Marco was a great host, very responsive and helpful and provided us with fans and a new coffee machine when the old one suddenly stopped working. The pool was clean and inviting. We missed a few pieces of equipment in the kitchen (we cooked every day and evening) but otherwise the house had everything and I would really recommend everyone to visit Ginanni Fantuzzi 1824.

Magnifique très grande propriété clôturée, avec 400 oliviers, des figuiers, des cyprès, .... Une très grande piscine bien entretenue et propre. Une terrasse couverte sur 3 côtés de la maison, avec possibilité d'éclairages (très pratique pour nos jeux de société jusqu'à tard le soir). Accès facile et commerces à 10 minutes en voiture. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Dans le séjour, il y a une magnifique table en bois - que nous n'avons pas utilisée car nous avons toujours mangé dehors. Il y a deux salles de bains. Les 3 chambres à coucher sont à l'étage. La climatisation fonctionne très bien et dans toutes les pièces principales. C'est un paradis pour une famille avec jusqu'à 4 enfants, dans une vallée reculée de la Toscane. Dommage, nos vacances sont déjà finies. Nous serions volontiers restés plus longtemps !

Wir waren zu 7. dort und haben einen Ort gesucht, an dem wir selber niemanden mit unserer Lautstärke stören und wo wir für uns alleine sind. Auch wenn die Anfahrt ein bisschen tricky ist, hat es sich gelohnt. Wir hatten eine fantastische Woche mit Frühstück in der Sonne über den Bergen und Nachmittagen im Pool. Wir konnten uns auf dem großen Gelände austoben und im Pool schwimmen. Am liebsten hat uns sogar die Tischtennisplatte gefallen, wir haben wirklich viele Stunden Rundlauf gespielt. Das Haus hat alles wonach es bedarf. Von extra Decken im Schrank über Salz und Öl im Schrank, einer Kaffeemaschine oder Stiften und Kartenspielen im Regal. Handtücher und Bettwäsche gab es auch und sogar Shampoo stand noch in der Dusche. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und Amy war super zu erreichen. Wir haben schon überlegt, wann wir mal wieder kommen!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l'alloggio di Simone in 3 adulti, un neonato ed una cagnolina per 3 giorni. Tanti i motivi per cui ci siamo trovati bene e per cui consigliamo a tutti di soggiornare qui: spazi interni dell'alloggio, ampiezza e cura del giardino recintato ad uso esclusivo di chi è ospite (la presenza del recinto tra l'altro è fondamentale per chi come noi si porta dietro il proprio cane), contesto di piena natura dei dintorni, estrema gentilezza e disponibilità di Simone come host e ultimo, ma non meno importante, è stato l'alloggio più fornito in assoluto in cui c'è capitato di soggiornare tra Italia ed estero. Insomma lo consigliamo vivamente a chi voglia staccare la spina dai ritmi cittadini quotidiani e sicuramente noi lo rifaremo!

Perfetto corrispondeva completamente alla descrizione di Max per quello che costa è un’offerta imperdibile da approfittare !!

Nous avons passé 6 jours chez Giulio, le logement est superbe et spacieux. L'espace extérieur est très agréable, bien entretenu, la piscine est propre et a été fortement appréciée en ce début de mois d'août. Florence et Bologne sont facilement accessibles depuis le logement, ainsi que des lacs et sentiers de randonnées. Sienne est plus éloignée mais peut tout à fait se faire dans la journée. Merci encore à Giulio pour la qualité de l'accueil et la réactivité!

Words cannot describe quite how wonderful this place is. We had an amazing stay. The house was beautiful, the location was more peaceful than you could ever imagine. John and Cath were incredible hosts who were extremely responsive and kind. They provided a fab document giving so much useful info on the property and the local area, they took away all the stress of having to find those good restaurants and the best places to visit. We were a family of 4, the property was glorious, we will be back!

A szálláshely egy hegyoldalban található, nagyszerű kilátással a környékre. A ház tiszta, jól felszerelt, a berendezés stílusos, a hirdetés képeinek megfelelt. Házigazdáink nagyon kedvesen fogadtak, még süteményt is kaptunk, kérdéseinkre hamar válaszoltak. Az időt jól el lehetett tölteni a házban is, de jó kiindulási pont volt Pistoia, Firenze, Lucca és Pisa meglátogatásához. Szívesen visszajönnénk.

Our extended family stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed the house and the area. Very comfortable with ample room for our family - 3 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms - there was room for everyone. Tredozio is a cute town with ample restaurants and typical Italian shops. The butcher and the delicatessen are the best. If you need it there is a brand nAme supermarket only about 10 minutes away.

I cannot brag about finding this place enough. At first I was skeptical as I have booked some places that did not match the description nor the pictures. This place far exceeded in all areas. Samantha who meet us at the location was the best!!! She gave a little history on the place and left us wanting to see before photos. This home is amazing! It was clean, well laid out and full of amenities. The surrounding were so peaceful, well laid did not want to leave. I cannot recommend this place enough.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautifully located villa! We were a group of six family members, and we made full use of both kitchens and living areas, the many outdoor seating/dining options, and the swimming pool. We spent much of our time there outdoors admiring the views and soaking it all in -- it was a wonderful place to relax for a week. Do know that there is no AC, but even in the heat wave we had it was not a big issue, as the nighttime breezes help cool the upstairs sleeping quarters (the main floor was always cool). It proved a great location for day trips to other towns/sites in the region and/or for walking into the town of Brisighella itself. Marco was very helpful with recommendations and tips.

Sehr schöne großeVilla mit wunderbarem Pool und ganz viel Platz. Ruhig gelegen mit Schotterstraße zum Haus, welche aber auch mit dem Rennrad machbar ist. Alles perfekt :)

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. Thank you Vittorio and Rosa Maria!

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni per un addio al nubilato. La villa é davvero pazzesca, anche più bella che in foto. ogni piano é indipendente, con al sua cucina, il suo salotto, il suo bagno e le camere. La casa é pazzesca in ogni dettaglio, dall'arredamento ai servizi inclusi. la pergola, la piscina e la vista sono spettacolari e ce le siamo davvero godute. Abbiamo anche organizzato una festa con il deejay nella pergola, stupenda! il proprietario é stato davvero top: molto disponibile in ogni nostra richiesta ed é stato anche molto flessibile sia nel check-in che nel check out. Posto assolutamente consigliato!!!

Had a great stay! The photos don't do the house justice, it was way bigger than expected, with beautiful views over the mountains. Tony and Charlene were both lovely and very helpful. This is definitely a hidden gem in Tuscany!

Spędziliśmy w Willi Roda 14 dni. Willa przestronna - było wystarczająco miejsca dla 9 osób. Pokoje duże, toskańskie, z okiennicami wewnętrznymi i zewnętrznymi z pięknym widokiem. Kuchnia i jadalnia dobrze wyposażone. Taras zewnętrzny jak na zdjęciach. Nad basenem dostępne leżaki (i łóżka do opalania oraz parasol). Miejsce do grilowania ze stołem, krzesłami i parasolem - z klimatycznymi lampkami :) Świetny gospodarz - zapewniający pomoc i jednocześnie prywatność. Polecamy!

Dejlig stor bolig og fin pool. Fantastisk udsigt samt stor grund og rolige omgivelser, hvor man kan være helt uforstyrret. Paula var derudover meget imødekommende og god at kommunikere med. Kan varmt anbefales.

We were two small families sharing the Villa Gamba part of Byron House. The house was perfect for sharing with friends or family. Very spacious and with many bathrooms. We really enjoyed the access to the river and the well equipped kitchen. We didn’t use the garden as much as we would have liked to, because it was high summer and the heat and the mosquitoes was a bit too intense. However, I have to say that even with windows open all night (no AC) the mosquitoes surprisingly were no problem at all in the house. The beds were beautiful and comfortable and everything was very clean and inviting in this very authentic villa. The road is just outside the house, but it didn’t bother us. Several parking options. The communication with Janet is very easy and thorough. For example the garbage sorting is a bit intricate, but Janet’s guidance is very helpful. We also enjoyed the town and the local public pool. We spent a week at the house but were aching to stay longer. Thank you.

Wat een prachtige en soms bijna magische plek.. we hebben genoten van de ruimte, de rust en uiteraard volop van het zwembad en jacuzzi. De gastvrijheid van Leonardo en zijn familie was heel fijn en altijd bereid om vragen te beantwoorden! We komen graag terug!!

Boligen ligger fantastisk placeret på en meget stor lukket grund omgivet af bjerge. Der er masser af plads og mange gode faciliteter, såsom stor pool, pizza-ovn, stor grill plads osv. Samtidig er der gode indkøbsmuligeheder i Castelnuovo. Den eneste udfordring vi havde, var at affaldscontainerne tømmes for sjældent eller er for små til en stor familie. Vær også opmærksom på, at der er mange stikkende insekter. Vi kan varmt anbefale dette fantastiske sted.

Prachtig gelegen, mooi ingericht vakantiehuis. Adembenemend uitzicht, ook vanuit het zwembad. Absolute privacy en rust. Doordat het huis hoger gelegen is, hebben wij het toch aangenaam gehad tijdens een hittegolf in Italië. Het huis is echt gezellig Ingericht. Je krijgt mooi, schoon opgemaakte bedden en mooie badlakens. Geen goedkope rommel zeg maar. Doordat elke slaapkamer zijn eigen sanitaire voorzieningen heeft, is dit huis echt geschikt voor een grotere groep. Het servies is ruimschoots aanwezig, bovendien ook smaakvol. Kortom: deze mensen hebben echt hun best gedaan om je een aangename vakantiehuis te bieden. De werkelijkheid overtreft de foto's!

un séjour inoubliable au calme, le paysage au réveil vaut la peine. Caterina été très gentil et réactive à nos demandes/ questions . On se sent comme à la maison . Merci encore à Caterina pour tout, c'est une Hôte en or 🙂
