Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Montévrain

The house was perfect for us and very close to our friends house. Very quiet and the beds were comfortable. Hopefully when the bathroom gets remodeled it will have a bigger shower! The current one is tiny! Betty was very communicative and very helpful. We will be back!

Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie! Dom przepiękny, przestronny, świetnie urządzony i w pełni wyposażony. Luksusowe łazienki, wygodne łóżka i kuchnia idealna do przygotowywania śniadań i kolacji. Do tego piękny ogród – idealne miejsce na relaks. Świetna przestrzeń do wspólnego spędzania czasu: bilard, piłkarzyki, dużo miejsca dla dzieci i dorosłych. Tarik to fantastyczny gospodarz – serdeczny, pomocny i bardzo zaangażowany. Na powitanie czekał na nas kosz owoców, soki, woda i pyszne słodkie bułeczki – piękny gest. Czuliśmy się naprawdę zaopiekowani. Z całego serca polecamy ten dom – jeśli wrócimy do Paryża, to tylko tutaj!

Η Isabelle ήταν μία εξαιρετική οικοδεσπότης, απαντούσε πάντα σύντομα και ήταν πολύ φιλική. Το σπίτι είχε ότι περιέγραφε και είχε πολλά παιχνίδια για παιδιά. Το προτείνω σε όσους θέλουν να συνδυάσουν το Παρίσι και την Disneyland

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison pour un WE prolongé. Jardin agréable, piscine, bord de marne. Sylvain est fort sympathique et réactif. Notre chien était aussi ravi de son séjour. On recommande vivement pour un séjour détente dans la nature. Accessible à pieds, commerces et restaurant à proximité.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette très belle maison. Le logement est très bien équipé : ustensiles de cuisine, jardin, jeux, on s'y sent comme à la maison. À noter cependant : la piscine n'est pas très grande mais agréable et l'une des 5 chambres est traversante.

We had a wonderful stay at Thibaut’s place during our 3 nights in Paris. Thibaut was a wonderful host - he was very responsive, and he proactively reached out to advise us areas to avoid on the night of the soccer champions league final in Paris. (The area of the property is fine.) We were not aware of the game at all so that real time local knowledge was super helpful and made us feel safe knowing that someone is watching out for us. The property looks exactly like the photos in the listing. I enjoyed the view of the beautiful Parisian houses from the windows every day. Paris was in the high 70s/low 80s during our stay but it wasnt too much of an issue as Paris cools down at night and fans were provided. There is no elevator but the stairs were manageable and not a problem for us. One last thing - we were able to walk to many places from this property location. The Sunday (and Thursday) market at the Bastille Market was just a couple of blocks away!

Staying at Emmanuel's place was great!! It was in a convenient place, close to public transportation, and had a lot of shops/restaurants nearby. Emmanuel was incredibly responsive and was super helpful during our brief stay in Paris. The only note is that Emmanuel's place is up quite a few stairs, which wasn't a problem for me or my traveling buddy, but if you struggle with climbing up stairs, or lifting things (like a heavy suitcase ;) up stairs), I'd keep that in mind. Overall, we had a wonderful time during our stay at Emmanuel's place, and would love to go back again someday in the future!

Bonjour! Our stay at Eric & Roland's was amazing. Like all the comments before, be prepared for the 4 flight walk up but it's worth it because the location can not be beat. The La Marais was full of shops, restaurants and located near 2 great Metro stations to get you all over Paris.

En plus d’être très bien situé, l’appartement dispose d’un balcon offrant une vue panoramique. Paris, surtout au moment du coucher du soleil, c’est vraiment magique : la lumière dorée inonde l’appartement. La décoration est soignée, et le quartier est tout simplement parfait. N’hésitez pas !

A beautiful apartment lovingly furnished and decorated. Metro stop and good grocery store (Intermarché) less than a 5m walk, many cafes and vintage clothing stores in neighborhood. The apartment is far back enough from the busy streets outside to be quiet night or day. We loved it and our host.

Alles bestens👍. Super zentrales, ruhiges und großes Apartment in Paris. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es alles Notwendige. Verschiedene Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Markhalle, Bäcker etc. alles vorhanden. Fred ist ein sympathischer und proaktiver Gastgeber. Wir können Fred und sein Apartment uneingeschränkt empfehlen 👍

Die Unterkunft hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Danke der Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung und dem Balkon konnte man die Großstadt mit Erholung verbinden. Es war sehr schön.

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

Spacious property. Very child friendly. Very close to the station. Attentive host.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil chaleureux d’Audrey. La maison est grande, très propre, les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits confortables. Le salon, la cuisine ainsi que les extérieurs sont impeccables. Nous avons passé une très belle soirée, avec au programme : barbecue et jacuzzi. Un grand merci à Audrey !

Tous les occupants ont été plus que ravis, chacun son espace tout en étant proche des autres, une pièce commune suffisamment grande et conviviale. une résidence très calme et sécurisée. Cette maison dégage une ambiance chaleureuse qui enchante les grands comme les petits grâce à l'espace extérieur. je recommande vivement

This place was very nice and easily accommodated our party of 11. The host even made room for an additional person. They also met us at the property and gave us a personal tour of the house. They were both very friendly and made themselves available to us. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay - a really beautiful house , spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It is a very quiet village with a lovely river , a supermarket 10 minute walk away and a boulangerie within a 5 minute drive . Disneyland Paris is only a 30 minute drive and Paris is easy to get to on the train from Lizy sur Ourcq - it is only 40 minutes and includes one easy change at Meaux. Just make sure you validate your ticket on the machine at your departure station to avoid a fine . The 7 days flew by and we didn’t want to come home , thank you Francois for a wonderful stay !

Un super logement avec un bel espace extérieur, un cadre hyper agréable, une hôte très réactive et généreuse, un super week-end dans la maison d'Eugénie ! Au top du top ! 👌

Je ne pourrai vous exprimer notre joie à l'arrivée devant le portail de la villa Les mots ne suffisent pas. Tout ce que je peux vous dire que vous n'allez pas regretter en faisant cette réservation. Tout est Nikel 👍 Arrivée flexible, Audrey nous a proposé d'arriver avant l'heure. Propreté irréprochable, à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur La literie très douillet, confortable et propre. Le jardin énorme, bien équipé avec tous les jeux décrits mon groupe familial a adoré jouer au volley Ball et basketball... Le jakozzi était le plus, un luxe et un moment de détente pour les grands et un moment de jeux et de partage pour les tout- petits L'espace de vie extraordinaire, bien meublé et équipé de tout ce qu'on a besoin Pour les moments de repas, à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur nous avons partagé des bons moments autour d'une grande table pourtant nous étions 15 pers Bref, je vous recommande vivement cette villa qui est le cocoon familial d'Audrey qui prend soin pour notre bonheur.

Lieu idéal pour partager d'excellents moments avec des amis. Tout a été fait avant notre arrivée pour que nous puissions facilement nous installer. Côté intérieur, la maison est spacieuse et très bien agencée. Coté extérieur, les enfants et leurs parents ont pu profiter du jardin (piscine, trampoline, ping pong). Clarence a toujours été très réactif avant notre arrivée et lors du séjour. Nous avons passé un excellent weekend.
