Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Montfermeil

Die Wohnung war super! Mega schnelles Internet. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Toller kleiner Garten mit Tisch und Rasen. Man hört nichts ausser die Vögel zwitschern. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie liegt nahe bei der Bushaltestelle und man ist in ca. 55 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Wir waren mit dem Auto in 25 Minuten im Disneyland. Die Sauberkeit hätte bessere sein können, aber da sind wir als Schweizer auch sehr anspruchsvoll. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen, würde ich wieder buchen wenn wir mal wieder nach Paris fahren. Toll war auch das ein Lidl Einkaufsladen direkt in der nähe ist. Dort konnten wir auch sehr günstig unser Auto aufladen.

Great space for larger groups or families - clean and spacious. RER B is super close and only takes 20 minutes to the city. The beds and linnens were very comfortable and the top floor bedrooms have AC - very welcome when it was 35c during our stay. Kitchen very well equipped, even for groups.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Logement impeccable, il ne manquait rien. Emmanuel est très attentif et très réactif. Il a été aux petits soins avec nous tout au long de notre séjour et est même venu nous saluer à notre départ. Emmanuel est un hôte exceptionnel !

Η Isabelle ήταν μία εξαιρετική οικοδεσπότης, απαντούσε πάντα σύντομα και ήταν πολύ φιλική. Το σπίτι είχε ότι περιέγραφε και είχε πολλά παιχνίδια για παιδιά. Το προτείνω σε όσους θέλουν να συνδυάσουν το Παρίσι και την Disneyland

We absolutely loved staying at Capucine’s apartment. It’s one of the rare Airbnbs that actually looks better in person than in the listing - clean, tidy, and tastefully appointed. The neighborhood is fantastic: full of great bars, restaurants, boulangeries, and shops, all within easy walking distance. Public transport is excellent, with multiple metro stations and bus stops nearby, making it easy to explore the city. We felt very safe and secure, and the apartment itself was peaceful, full of natural light, and offered a lovely view of a classic Parisian street. We will happily stay here again next time in Paris!

Berenger’s place is an absolute gem. Beautiful area, roof top garden, lots of attention to detail in the apartment itself. Coffee every morning in the garden was a delight. We would definitely recommend this lovely apartment to anyone visiting Paris. The bed was fabulous!!!!!

We lived our stay in the apartment. Great location to the metro line 4 which connects all around Paris. Bed was firm but not too firm, pillows were great for euro style. Close to everything you need! The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Starbucks is across the street if you are not geared up for 1/2 oz pure diesel fuel like most places. Supermarket across the street and close by liquor available. There’s a busy pizza shop next to the apartment, but it is not too loud at all. If I had one recommendation, I would say that there common area lights should stay lit for longer. They are on motion sensors and go off very quickly so you can find yourself in the dark on a very tricky set of steps, so be careful with that. I would certainly stay here again, and most likely would after learning how to navigate the city from this location. The bottle of champagne and chocolate and ice cream was a very nice touch. First class all the way.

We loved our stay in this lively neighborhood. Olivier was a very responsive and friendly host! We traveled as a family of 4 with late teenage children and this was perfect for us—-vibrant night life and close to several metros. Great location to get everywhere! The place had everything we needed for a great stay. We especially loved the bathrooms. We would definitely recommend this property and would gladly stay here in the future.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung zu übernachten, und es war einfach großartig! Die Lage ist perfekt – zentral und dennoch ruhig. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bot alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünschen kann. Die Kommunikation mit dem Allan war ebenfalls einwandfrei. Er war immer erreichbar und hat uns bei allen Fragen schnell und freundlich geholfen. Ich kann diese Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Blick ins Grüne auf der einen Seite, sensationeller Blick auf Paris von der Terrasse und dazwischen eine gemütliche kleine Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und sind dank Montmartre mit den zahlreichen Treppen fitter zurück gekommen.

I can not say enough about this place! The apartment was beautiful, excellent location with public transportation literally a few steps from the apartment. Sylvia and her husband were awesome from restaurant recommendations to supplying us with a loaded metro card. I plan to stay here again when I visit in a few months.

Meine Tochter und ich hatten 5 wundervolle Tage in Paris und haben uns sofort in Claras schönen Wohnung wohlgefühlt, schön war, dass Clara uns persönlich begrüßt hat und immer für Fragen zur Verfügung stand, die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht, die Verkehrsanbindung ist perfekt!!!!!!! Wir würden diese Unterkunft jeder Zeit wieder buchen.

Nous avons passée un séjour agréable entre copains dans une maison qui correspondait totalement a nos attentes. Les espaces et les chambres étaient super pour accueillir nos familles et nos 4 enfants. Les hôtes sont très réactif et les instructions sont claires. Je recommande vivement ce logement qui nous a permis de séjourner sur Paris. Merci encore 👌🏻

Perfect 7 night stay here at this apartment! Our first family holiday with our little boys and couldn’t have picked a better spot, 8 minute drive from Disney land Paris and super close to the shopping mall/bowling/go karting. The hot tub was the kids highlight also. Would defo recommend! Xx

This place was very nice and easily accommodated our party of 11. The host even made room for an additional person. They also met us at the property and gave us a personal tour of the house. They were both very friendly and made themselves available to us. Would definitely recommend.

Ideale rustige uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Parijs. Half uurtje met de Metro vanaf een station op loopafstand. Na de drukte in de stad heerlijk om even tot rust te komen.

Wir haben unser Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus genossen. Es liegt sehr ruhig in einer schönen Gegend. Mit Uber dauert es ca. 30 Minuten bis Zentrum von Paris. Das Haus entspricht ganz genau der Beschreibung. Es ist sehr geräumig, schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefüllt. Die Kommunikation mit Matthieu hat immer reibungslos funktioniert. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Erfahrung!

Séjour très agréable dans une maison spacieuse idéale pour accueillir de nombreux voyageurs.euses. Excellente communication en amont, je recommande vivement si vous souhaitez passez un séjour en seine-et-marne.

Lieu idéal pour partager d'excellents moments avec des amis. Tout a été fait avant notre arrivée pour que nous puissions facilement nous installer. Côté intérieur, la maison est spacieuse et très bien agencée. Coté extérieur, les enfants et leurs parents ont pu profiter du jardin (piscine, trampoline, ping pong). Clarence a toujours été très réactif avant notre arrivée et lors du séjour. Nous avons passé un excellent weekend.
