Authentic house-with cat!-, quiet in a large garden, the forest at the end of the road, in the village of Poigny-la-forêt. 10 min from Rambouillet, 1 hour from Paris by car, 35 min by train. 2 bedrooms each with its own large double bed and its own bathroom/toilet. Shaded terrace with BBQ and deckchairs in large garden. In winter: fireplace with wood. Two bikes available. Sheets + towels provided. My cat Gaspard will be on site. On weekends, arrival possible from Friday morning and stay until Sunday afternoon.

1 hour from Paris (car or train + bike) between Maintenon and Nogent-le-Roi, a magnificent and spacious wooden house where you can recharge in the greenery. The house is fully equipped and perfectly located to explore the Royal Valley of the Eure region. You are surrounded by castles, parks, and just a stone's throw away from the Natural Park of the Chevreuse Valley. There's nothing better than rejuvenating by the fireplace in a very comfortable house that has all the charm of a wooden chalet.

En bordure d'un parc, dans un cadre très calme et verdoyant, cet appartement indépendant de 45m2, mitoyen à notre maison a été réalisé avec soin récemment et se situe à 5mn à pied du centre historique. Ce logement proche des commodités, donnant sur une cour pavée, ensoleillé le matin, est composé d'un espace salon avec son canapé-lit, cuisine équipée et une suite parentale. Ground floor: indoor pool heated year-round (29°/9 x 4 meters, deck chairs, water games), fully equipped open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms, shower room + walk-in shower, separate toilet, laundry room. 1st floor: living room (connected TV), sports area/sleeping area (treadmill, rowing machine, bike, comfortable sofa bed). Exterior: 120 m² terrace not overlooked (garden furniture, gas barbecue, ping pong table) + garden (bocce ball court, trampoline, swing).

Bienvenue à Montfort-L’Amaury ! IMPORTANT : notre gîte situé sur notre terrain de 1200m2, mitoyen à notre maison mais l’accès est autonome. Location conviviale (160m2 ) dans notre propriété arborée. Piscine partagée avec notre famille, sécurisée. Accès via porte-fenêtre du salon qui donne sur l’allée gravillonnée. Ancien atelier rénové par nos soins : mur en pierres, sol en travertin, meubles chinés. Esprit maison de famille ! Draps NON fournis. Merci de lire le règlement intérieur.

Only 1 hour from Paris, our beautiful cottage will allow you to enjoy a peaceful environment in the countryside. You can enjoy beautiful walks in the forest a short walk from the house, and discover the many equestrian centers and cultural places nearby.

In the heart of a charming and peaceful Yvelines village 2 km from Thoiry, you can enjoy a small independent house and its garden equipped with a table and a living room. The house consists of living room with comfortable sofa bed, well-equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with shower. This home is ideally for 2 but can accommodate up to 4 people. The garden is shared but vast to be independent.
