Très bel appartement en duplex neuf, de standing esprit chalet, très ensoleillé, magnifique vue sur les montagnes, d'une surface de 100m2, situé dans le village de Montgenèvre. Si l’enneigement est suffisant, accès en skis à l'arrière de la résidence pour skieurs avertis, navette gratuite au pied de la résidence. Le logement est très bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied de tous les commerces et commodités de la station aussi. Le duplex comprend 4 vraies chambres avec fenêtres et 10 vrais couchages.

L'aménagement intérieur, mélange d'authenticité et de contemporain, adopte le style chalet en fil rouge, en accord avec le bois dominant, laissé naturel. La Cabane

La Cabane can accommodate up to 7 people. Linen is an optionnal service. The apartment's area is 55 m²+ 25 m² terrace Lying in a deckchair on the south-facing terrace, enjoy the panoramic view of the snow-capped mountains of the Southern Alps, without any vis-à-vis. When it's cold outside, warm up in front the chimney, sitting in a cozy club chair: you can imagine yourself in an old chalet of yesteryear... nevertheless equipped with wifi, television and everything modern comfort.
