Leslie was extremely kind and explained everything upon arrival giving us a tour of the flat and the amenities provided. The flat was extremely clean spacious and has a wonderful balcony for when it gets too warm inside. Overall I had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The apartment was even bigger than we expected based on the pictures. We have visited several apartments with small children. What makes this apartment particularly good is that everything is available (from kitchen appliances to toys). It is a short walk from the apartment to the metro station. There are several supermarkets close to the apartment as well. Lauriane is very helpful and responds quickly. Overall it was a great stay. We recommend this apartment for families who want to visit Paris.

We had a pleasant stay! The apartment was amazing, we’ll decorated and brand mew with peaceful nature nearby . The location is about 40 min driving from central Paris by car. There is also an electric car charging next to the apartment that was very helpful and useful for electric car. The host is amazingly helpful and kind, they were available for everything we needed. I really enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb! The location is super practical, just a few minutes from the subway station, which made it much easier to get around. The area is quiet and the apartment is very spacious, ideal for resting comfortably after a day exploring the city. Everything went very well — I recommend it!

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

The location alone for this apartment deserves all of the stars. You’re far enough away from the middle of Paris that it’s not crazy crowded, but close enough to the Metro that getting to any part is easy. There is a grocery store and pharmacy directly across the street, and if you’re lucky enough to be there for the market, it’s awesome and set up at the end of the block. There are a ton of great restaurants and things to walk to including the giant park and great shopping. The apartment itself is very spacious and being on the top floor with the outdoor patio is a huge bonus. If you stay here in the Spring/Fall it’s likely the perfect location. We, unfortunately, came during the summer and during an incredibly hot week. If you are here during the Summer, you need to know that like the most of France, the apartment does not have AC, but we managed with some fans. Once the sun went down with all of the doors and windows open it was lovely. The host was always quick to respond.

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.

Beautiful accommodation, well finished. Lots of equipment available. Quiet location and close to a sports center as well as the city center. You can hear people living above but nothing too annoying.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

Boris was very helpful. The apartment is super decorated and clean. You have everything you need. The location is very nice, quiet and new. We also liked that you can park very easily and then avoid the stairs at the entrance. Very clear recommendation. If we come back to Paris, we would definitely rent the apartment again. The swimming pool is also very nice but not for children under 150 cm tall. If someone thinks the price is too high, it's really worth it. Thank you Boris for your support and your effort!

This place is extremely cozy, but the view is breathtaking, have the opportunity to enjoy the Eiffel Tower in all its glory, there were a few night were the sunset had beautiful colors and made the experience even better. The location is great in terms of public transportation and local stores and bars. Definitely I will book it again.

Roland’s hospitality was greatly appreciated. The suite was beautifully decorated and located in the heart of Montmartre. We appreciated the patio space and having a comfortable place to relax after a full day of exploring the city.

Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!
