Monthly Rentals in Monticello

We had a wonderful stay here as a family of four! The place was incredibly spacious, clean, and cozy—it really had everything we needed and more. You can tell a lot of thought went into making it comfortable and accommodating for guests, even for those with kids. The outdoor area was a great bonus—peaceful and perfect for relaxing. The host was super responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone, and we’d definitely love to come back!

The host is excellent , you hear upstairs if there is loud activity, it is peacful in general. I wish it was a better neighborhood although it worked out for me overall. The shower knob can be improved , the heater and a/c works great. The kitchen pots and pans can be renewed . Greatly appreciated overall.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cottage! We were there for a soccer showcase only 10 minutes away so it was very convenient for us to stay there. Everything was exactly as it was described. I really loved how it was decorated and all the appliances and dishes were high quality. Everything was neat and clean throughout the house. It really beats staying in a hotel. We got to cook our own meals and didn’t have to be contained in a room. If there was one thing that needed improvement, it would be that the grass and outside could’ve been better maintained but it also had been raining a lot that week. Most of all, we loved being greeted by the chickens and getting fresh eggs. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
