Très bon séjour dans le studio "le petit parisien". Le studio est extrêmement propre. L'entrée se fait de manière autonome. Paulo nous a mis plein de petits attentions que nous avons découvert à notre arrivée (jus de fruits frais, gâteaux, chocolats, thé, café, produits cosmétiques...), tout est sur place pour se se sentir bien comme dans un petit cocon. Merci Paulo pour votre accueil et vos petites attentions ! Nous recommandons vivement cet Airbnb !

Vielen lieben Dank an Camille und Elsa. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Als der Föhn nicht funktionierte, haben sie sofort für Ersatz gesorgt und waren auch sonst bei allen Fragen für uns da. Die Gegend ist sehr multikulturell und wir haben uns immer sicher gefühlt. Bis ins Zentrum dauert es mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nur 20-30 min. Ladet Euch am besten die SNFC App runter. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit.

Nos hemos alojado en casa de Marwane porque llegábamos del aeropuerto de Beavouis y era demasiado tarde para moverse por París. Hemos estado muy agusto, las fotos corresponden a la realidad. Además, Marwane ha estado muy pendiente de nosotros y se ha asegurado de que llegáramos sin problema. Si volvemos a viajar a ese aeropuerto nos volveremos a alojar en casa de Marwane.

The Philippe’s place are perfectly located for those who are planning to attend some shows at Stade de France (which is in 12 min walk distance) or just getting tired from the busy city centre pretty fast. For us it took a 1h from Orly airport to the location by subway that I think is really great. As well to the city centre it’s around 30 min by direct train. A studio was fully equipped with everything what could be needed not just for a short stay, but for long as well. Pretty friendly neighbours and Philippe by himself. Always was ready to help or answer on a questions :) Definitely would stay there again!

Прекрасная, чистая квартира. Отлично подходит для двоих человек. В квартире есть все необходимое: полотенца, стиральная машина, посуда и так далее. Каково было наше удивление, когда мы с балкона увидели светящуюся Эйфелеву башню🥹 Нам запомнилась эта квартира и мы с удовольствием приедем еще раз! Большое спасибо за гостеприимство

Espaço correspondente ao anúncio. O Gael foi bastante rápido a dar resposta às nossas necessidades, simpático e deu bastantes dicas. Uma ótima estadia.

Le logement était très bien située , cartier calme et agréable pour séjourner on ce sens sécurité, TER proche à 10 minute pour ce rendre sur Paris . Karima était une hôte très agréable et réactif.

Logement bien situé en ville, très facile d’accès. L’espace était propre, bien entretenu et équipé avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. Le check-in est simple et rapide, ce qui facilite l’arrivée. Le propriétaire est réactif et communique efficacement, ce qui est très appréciable. Plusieurs services pratiques sont proposés sur place, ce qui ajoute au confort général. Le quartier est calme, sans trafic aux alentours, et très bien desservi. À 2 à 5 minutes à pied, on trouve tout le nécessaire : pharmacie, petite épicerie, pizzeria, boulangerie, ainsi qu’un arrêt de bus. Une bonne option pour un séjour en ville, que ce soit pour le travail ou les loisirs

The apt was incredible and Julien was a great host. He left little surprises throughout the apt for us and even left us a parting gift. The neighborhood was very family friendly and it was great for late evening walks to cool off. Apt had everything we could have possibly needed and Julien was even able to accommodate our early check in time. Highly recommend staying here is you are visiting Paris!

Booked for the amazing view, well-known neighbourhood with good Metro access, supermarkets nearby, lift, kitchen, good price. Some issues especially due to the exceptionally hot weather, but Martine was very helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a little further out from the centre of Paris but easily reachable with public transport. There were some lovely local shops and restaurants nearby as well so we didn’t always have to go out of our way to find something. The apartment was just right for two people for a few days :)

We hadden een heel fijn verblijf. Het appartement had alles wat we nodig hadden en was schoon. Voor onze baby was een bedje geregeld en een hoog kinderzitje. Het contact verliep erg goed en soepel en alles werd heel goed uitgelegd. Het is wat ver van het centrum van Parijs met heel goed te bereiken met openbaar vervoer.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Nous avons passé une soirée d’anniversaire inoubliable dans cet appartement rooftop absolument parfait ! Dès les premiers échanges, les hôtes ont été incroyablement réactifs, amicaux et à l’écoute : chaque question a reçu une réponse quasi immédiate. Tout est pensé pour faciliter le séjour : un manuel d'utilisation clair et complet, une cuisine fonctionnelle avec lave-vaisselle ! Une grande table conviviale, des lits sont très confortables et des ventilateurs dans chaque chambre, idéal avec la chaleur, les espaces bien aménagés, et la terrasse tient toutes ses promesses ! Plusieurs assises permettent de créer différentes ambiances, et le jacuzzi est juste exceptionnel. Tout était réuni pour une soirée réussie entre amis. Nous avions prévu d'aller à la fête de la musique mais... on a préféré rester là ! C’est dire si l’endroit était parfait… En résumé : un lieu unique, bien équipé, et parfaitement adapté à un moment festif. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
