The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.

Small 60 m2 stone house with 3 rooms on 3 levels, adjoining that of the owners. On the ground floor, a living room, dining room, kitchen giving access to a 20 m2 non-enclosed terrace. On the 1st floor: 1 parquet bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200) and a bathroom (shower, toilet) On the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed (90 x 200) The house has unsecured stairs. The 60 m2 apartment we are offering is located on the second floor. From the living room, you can admire the beach huts of Gouville-sur-Mer, from the bedroom, you have views of the dunes and the sea 50 m away. It benefits from a large balcony terrace. We thought about it and set it up to create a pleasant place for you and relaxing. Our accommodation is rated 3 stars by the Tourist Office.
