My apartment is located near Montparnasse (6min walk). You can enjoy the balcony with its breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower, the Invalides and the Sacred Heart. There is one room with a bed 2 places (160x200); the living room is very bright with a large sofa and and a dinning tables; the apartment has no television. The kitchen is large and well equipped, there is also a bathroom with bath. Transport and shops are 5 - 10 min walking.
