House holiday rentals in Montreuil

You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Great place. Close to both Paris and Disneyland.

Very responsive and friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Our favourites were the sun trap patio, the hot tub, the pellet heater, and the children's / teenage play area upstairs The bedrooms are lovely and big but there was nowhere in them to put anything on (make up, creams, combs, jewellery etc) , like a dressing table or a shelf.

When we came to Parc Astérix, we stayed in Siham's accommodation for 4. Matches the listing perfectly. The pool is a little extra, great. We recommend the village restaurant. Siham was responsive to our messages. Thank you so much!

House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

We were a family of 8 adults. The house incl. conservatory, as well as the garden with pool and many seating options were super nice and spacious. We were all very comfortable. Communication with Françoise and Pascal was great. We always got a response within a very short time. We highly recommend this property.

Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. Very well located accommodation outside of Paris. The RER station can be reached in 15 minutes and you are in the heart of the city after a 20-minute drive. Communication with the host is quick and uncomplicated, the accommodation (especially the kitchen) is very well equipped and the bathroom is modern. For Paris stays, where you want to leave the car without having to look for expensive guarded places, the accommodation is perfect.

Beautiful accommodation, where you feel very good. The green environment, as well as the decoration, encourage tranquility, especially after having evolved in the Parisian crowd. The location is a perfect compromise to enjoy Paris and recharge. We also delighted in the choices offered by the library, which perfectly complements this little haven of peace. We stayed there during a heatwave and slept with the windows open: not a sound disturbed our sleep. It's precious! A small fan is available and was welcome. Thanks to Julie who was very responsive and very clear in her information, we will be happy to come back.

Super pleasant stay at the Datcha. Comfortable accommodation, convenient, bathed in light , very nice decor and a very warm space. Josep is responsive and accommodating. The metro is close by. In short, everything you need for a stress-free Parisian getaway! We will come again

Celeste was an amazing host and went above and beyond in welcoming us to Paris. we benefited from a flexible check in and her many recs. Her place is tastefully decorated and well located -- not too close to the tourist throngs but easily accessible to all the major spots in Montmartre. All in all, would definitely recommend!

Very nice accommodation and in a small house with garden. We came with friends during the summer in hot weather, the floor (where the rooms are) can quickly be hot, but by ventilating well when arriving it cools down quite quickly. Public transport (metro and RER) is quite far away (20 min walk to the nearest), but it is possible to take a bus to reach the stations, the stop is 5 min from the house. Finally Hélène was very responsive to our requests, everything went very well, I recommend it!

We were very satisfied in the studio at Hamoudy. Everything was super clean and everything was prepared so that nothing was missing. We cooked every day and there was nothing missing in terms of equipment. Hamoudy even proactively asked if we needed anything else and offered us an air conditioner, as it was very warm. The neighborhood feels a little unsafe in the evening/at night (we are two young girls), but since the gate to the street is locked, the front door is also locked and everything is under video surveillance, we felt very safe as soon as we were there. We even always ate outside. Bus stop and Meteo are within walking distance. By public transport, it only takes about 45-50 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. The Stade de France is 20 minutes' walk away. The nearest Lidl is 3 minutes' walk. We would like to give the greatest praise to the host Hamoudy. I've never had such a nice, courteous and immediately responding host. Clear recommendation!!!! Perfect place to enjoy Paris while being in a quiet area

Great apartament, great position and connection to city centre and great host. Very good apartament for up to six persons, nice, modern, clean and in a nice safe area with plenty of good places to eat nearby. 2 min walk from M1 which takes you to city center in 20 min. Great experience overall, thank you!

A great accommodation on a closed company premises. We were there with 10 people and were able to accommodate everyone easily and all had enough space. A very nice common dining area and large courtyard. Many bakeries and supermarkets nearby. The subway, train and bus are within 10-15 minutes.

Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

We were welcomed in this beautiful home, refurbished and with a magnificent view! Pierre and his wife were responsive and flexible with our expectations and requests. I would absolutely recommend it!

We stayed at here as the location was perfect for the airport, and 30 minutes in to the center of Paris ( short bus ride and metro) The apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The area was quiet and the local shop and bakery was only 5 minutes walk.

Manelle he is a very kind host I really enjoyed my holiday the maisonette is very clean and peaceful the area is beautiful and I have done lots of things there the casino and the lack are beautiful can’t wait to come back again thank you Manelle for your kindness we hope to see you very soon again.
