Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

We had a great stay at this lovely Airbnb. It’s comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved the courtyard to enjoy our morning coffee and evening dinners. It’s located close to the Metro and we enjoyed our walks around the neighbourhood. We would absolutely stay again.

This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

Great location, host always responded quickly, the space is exactly as the photos show. I appreciate the quiche left for us on the day we arrived, it was very good. I would like to suggest a curtain on that glass door in the bedroom, we felt uncomfortable with the lack of privacy and the light that comes in, so I improvised a sheet to put up.

It was the best Airbnb we've ever been to. Highly recommended and it was impeccable. Anita and Arnaud are excellent hosts, always willing to answer your questions with sympathy and warmth. We will surely repeat this accommodation on our future visit to Paris.

The range of daily necessities is very comprehensive. Even there are chopsticks. This is the first time I have stayed in a hostel that is equipped with chopsticks.

I should say that this is such a refreshing place to be.. Firstly I was traveling with two kids 5 and 2.. And yes I had the stroller as well.. Because it's on a ground floor it helps a a lot.. The place is so central with public transport and restaurants just round the corner.. Amazing thought process to provide fruits and drinks.. I was amazed that the host even had wet wipes provided.. We just stayed for one night but was very pleased with every thing.. Also this place is bigger than most available in Paris.. Thanks so much Ida.. Had a wonderful time

We felt super comfortable in Lisa's accommodation. There are some helpful accessories (e.g. the hook for toiletry bags on the bath heater) and the location is quiet in the suburb of Montrouge. There are some restaurants in the area, we liked the pizzeria Linnete very much. Communication with Lisa was friendly, helpful and appreciative. Of course, you have to be aware that the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator, which means lugging suitcases. A little tip: If you come out of the metro and, like us, have no network at first: go right at night, then take the Rue Marx Dormoy in the right direction. Dear Lisa, thank you for the lovely stay!

I really really appreciate his warm welcoming and cheerful communication, which was not expected from Airbnb booking. Truly grateful that I found his place this time. location - many many eatry places with good supermarkets nearby. + metro stations around. It was lovely to stay in this well located, quiet, well-equipped tiny apartment during our trip in Paris. Location was great, safe area, and it was easy to get to anywhere by the nearby metro, supermarkets are close too. Naouel was very helpful and responsive at all times. If you are not an easy sleeper, take into consideration that the fridge is quite loud and the mattresses are very thin and not that comfortable on the bed. Other then these, it's a great place to stay while in Paris, can recommend! :)

Great stay at Ihsen's place and great communication. Got lots of tips and lots of help, when needed. 5 min walk to Monoprix supermarket enabled us to have meals at home, 10 min walk to the Metro, made Paris transportation easy. Also a couple of bus stops 1 min from the flat

This Little flat is perfect for a short trip to Paris! Close to the Metro 4 you are in the center of Paris in 15 Min. The flat is perfectly accomodated (dish washer, washing machine, iron) and has a little balcony that allows you to sit outside for a glass of Rosé. A great host and a great flat! And 2 recommandations near by - you have a Zenpark parking lot close by and a super good crêperie „la crêperie“ around the corner - super nice when you are traveling with kids as they can play in the court.

I loved the accommodation, the host was very thoughtful, decorated in a way that makes you feel at home, I liked it a lot, soft bed! Everything is very, very nice and although it seems small, it is perfect

The location was very quiet, very close to the subway. Even the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need. The only downside was the shower.

It’s a nice and cozy place, just what I needed, I loved how equipped it was and clean, close by it there’s a lot of good places to eat specially that bakery that I think the name is Artisan Boulanger, I really liked it. In conclusion who ever is thinking on booking it please don’t hesitate and do it, it is worth it.

Valérie is very kind, we found a cozy, very pleasant space in her house. Comfortable bed, good shower, kitchen with all the necessary items for a 4-day stay. The place is close to the subway that takes us to the center of Paris in half an hour. The balcony is a plus, where we can have a beautiful view of the sunset, and drink a wine at nightfall. There is a Carrefour downstairs, and restaurants that sell ready-made food. I really liked it. Thank you.

We had a very pleasant stay at Andrei's and were warmly welcomed by his mom Rodica. The apartment was very clean and lovely. We were also very well informed about the stores, transport and restaurants: everything is nearby and within walking distance. The building is located in a quiet neighborhood and its entrance is secure. We'll be happy to come back 🥰

A great place to stay when visiting Paris. it's only a 7-10 minute walk to the Metro (the #4 line). Getting around via the Metro while in Paris is easy. This residence is on the 9th floor (actually 10th since the ground floor is floor zero) with views to the west and east. You will be able to see the Eiffel Tower from the balcony. The residence is as advertised and comes well equipped with pots/pans and needed dishes. The beds are comfortable. One great thing is that the windows and the patio doors open so you can get a great cross breeze across the apartment which you'll want as there isn't air conditioning or fans in the apartment and it can get hot and stuffy without some air flow. The neighborhood has grocery stores within a few blocks as well as a number of restaurants, bakeries, and a gym.

The place was nice, great of a short stay, very easy to access and great communication from the host.
