It has a kitchen, full bathroom, and living room with a wood-burning fireplace. It is located in the middle of the Montseny Natural Park, a Biosphere Reserve. Direct access to the Tordera River that passes just below the house. 15 minutes from the town of Montseny and 20 minutes from Sant Esteve de Palautordera. Views, nature, disconnect.

And an environment with a monumental complex formed by a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian village 5 minutes away. LA GUARDIA is a 70 Ha farm and forestry estate, 45 km from Barcelona and 50 km from Girona. Close to the Montnegre-Corredor Natural Park and the Montseny Biosphere Reserve.
