Studio of 21m ² located in the center of the village of La Rosière, with access to the slopes. With a small balcony facing north, quiet with a view on the slopes. Equipped kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet. Private ski locker available in the residence 1 sofa bed, 1 bunk bed and 1 mezzanine. Cosy design duplex nearly 40m2

In the very center of La ROSIERE, Residence Le Belvedere, next to ski lifts (the closest one is 150m walk and Rocher Noir is 450m walk), return on ski. Newly renovated (December 2024 by my partner and me ) duplex of almost 40 m² with very cosy and design touch, incredible views. It is south/west facing & provides breathtaking sunsets. Located next to shops and restaurants. Only 30 metres aways is: ski shop Intersport, bakery & cheese shop. No car needed during your stay. Ideal for 4-5 people.

Superb view, 100 m to the slopes, Quiet, Top floor

Mezzanine studio of 27 m2 for 4 people (ideal 2 adults and 2 children). Located on the 3rd and last floor, in the Chavonnes Hautes district. The apartment is very close to the slopes (about 100M from Roche Noire) and the ski return at the feet is possible in winter depending on snow conditions. View of the beautiful balcony and unforgettable sunsets. Calm assured (little traffic). The Galopins club is about 150 meters away, as is the ESF. Station center 3 minutes' walk.

La Rosiere 1850: rental for 5 people at the foot of the slopes with swimming pool, close to Mont Blanc. A ski area of 150 km of slopes between France and Italy, a treat! In winter , at the foot of the Rosière slopes, in front of sports shops, departure from ski schools, daycare, restaurants, bars ... Perfect location. Open in summer... between flowery mountain pastures, hiking trails, and breathtaking views of the Tarentaise valley and the Mont Blanc massif.
