Located next to shops and restaurants. Only 30 metres aways is: ski shop Intersport, bakery & cheese shop. No car needed during your stay. Ideal for 4-5 people.

Mezzanine studio of 27 m2 for 4 people (ideal 2 adults and 2 children). Located on the 3rd and last floor, in the Chavonnes Hautes district. The apartment is very close to the slopes (about 100M from Roche Noire) and the ski return at the feet is possible in winter depending on snow conditions. View of the beautiful balcony and unforgettable sunsets. Calm assured (little traffic). The Galopins club is about 150 meters away, as is the ESF. Station center 3 minutes' walk.

Set back in a quiet location, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Arrival from 2pm - departure 11am maximum -Independent accommodation in a quiet, secluded location. -Parking and 3kw EV socket

Bright chalet of 45m2 facing south at an altitude of 1500m with a glass window opening onto a large terrace with a panoramic view of Mount Pourri (3780m) and the Tarentaise Valley. The chalet is located in a small hamlet 10min drive from the Rosière resort - free shuttle for children 5min walk away - which shares its ski area between France and Italy. Ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. The bedroom is a shared mezzanine with a view. A hanging mazot!

Small cozy accommodation of about 25 m2, for a maximum of 2 travelers (1 SINGLE BED, double bed 140) located in the mountains at 1300 m altitude south slope. The view and the calm will surely rejuvenate you! 15 minutes from Bourg Saint Maurice, 10 minutes from La Rosière. Close to Italy and the Vanoise National Park. Ideal for hikers and cyclists. We speak English and Spanish. This accommodation is not suitable for children or babies.

Large 36 m² studio, top floor, mountain hamlets

Located in a small hamlet and on the top floor of our house, this studio offers a stay in the mountains in calm and serenity. You have a large space to rest after an active day or simply enjoy the setting, but be careful not to bump your head on the beam (1.70 m) Parking is available along the road and access to the house is via a 70 m steep path. Station 9 km away by shuttle or car, with stunning views of the Tarentaise Valley.

Apartment 8 people in the chalet "les Grandes Alpes" with direct access to the slopes. Fully equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, shoe dryer, oven, microwave... It is composed of a large living room, 4 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets. Cozy 35 m2 apartment on the ground floor of an old oil mill renovated in the 50s. The house is located in a small hamlet of the village of Séez, 3 km from the TGV station of Bourg St Maurice on the road to the Petit Saint Bernard pass, as well as on the route of the Grandes Alpes road. The price includes all bed linen and towels as well coffee, tea, cappuccino and infusion for your breakfast for one or more nights.
