The living area with marble floor and wooden ceiling is located on the first floor; the kitchen is fully equipped. There are 5 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, heated with underfloor heating and solar air system.

Our accommodation has multiple balconies where you can enjoy the magnificent view of the mountains. The Millstätter Lake is just a few minutes' walk away and invites you to swim and sunbathe. The accommodation is fully equipped and includes towels, bedding, dishes, and a hairdryer.

Our one-room apartment "Gmiadlich" is very well equipped. The apartment has a bed in the size 1.40 m, cozy for lovers and/or those who want more closeness again. It has a comfortable lounge chair with footrest, so put your feet up & enjoy the sunset over the Goldeck. The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to help you make your vacation a real dream vacation.

Hillside - also fußläufig auf die Berge, zum Kneipen und in ein paar Autominuten am See. Großzügiger Wohnraum mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen. Seit ein paar Tagen gibt es auch eine Außensauna, die nach einer ausgedehnten Wanderung zur Erholung dient.

Reside at the Theresienhof townhouse. Built by the trades of Franz Ritter von Jakomini in the early 19th century. On just under 120 m² you will find 2 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with dining area for 6 people, a spacious living room, as well as bathroom and toilet separated. Wifi is also part of the basic equipment as a washing machine and a dryer. A fenced garden is ideal for playing for children.
