Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Morehead City

As an Airbnb host, this is just the best. If you get a chance to book do it now don’t wait. This place quietly screams peaceful, respite from the world! And boy did I need it. Follow the directions and wear shoes if you go in the water! The kayaks were wonderful. Brent is a wonderful person. Places like this is the best part of Airbnb . Experience the best.

We loved our stay at Deanna’s place! The house was great inside and out; we especially enjoyed the porches and backyard. The location is fantastic - being so close to the beach and being able to walk or bike to restaurants (we even biked to the grocery store) was fantastic. The kitchen was well-appointed and we cooked several meals in, which was much easier with the kids. We didn’t need but noticed baby gates and high chairs, things that still catch my eye after years of traveling when our kids were a bit younger. The kids loved the “secret reading room” downstairs about as much as they enjoyed playing in the game room. My folks joined us, and the 7 of us had plenty of space for socializing and enough privacy as needed. All in all, we had a wonderful trip. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

Amie was a fantastic host and my friends and I immensely enjoyed our time at the house and in the area. Amie communicated well with us in the week before our trip giving recommendations for the area as well as giving clear instructions for checking in, etc. We were quite pleased to be at a house that was so clean. We enjoyed the small back patio quite a lot. Definitely recommend Amie's house!

The property was beautiful and so welcoming. We immediately felt at home as soon as we entered the house. The host went over and above to ensure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. This was, without a doubt, the best vacation rental experience we have ever had.

Absolutely incredible stay! This Airbnb exceeded all expectations. Every single detail was so thoughtfully considered—from the layout to the high-end finishes, it felt like everything was curated for comfort and ease. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with top-quality amenities. The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to everything we needed. The backyard was a dream: beautifully landscaped with swings that added such a charming, relaxing touch. Even our dog was in heaven with all the space to roam and play safely! We also loved the bikes—such a fun bonus that made exploring the area even better. It’s rare to find a place where everything feels just right, but this one nailed it. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Truly a gem!

St. Regis resort is great - easy access to the beach, nice pool area, and has elevators for the buildings. Condo had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Balcony had a great beach view. Our only con was you had to travel quite a bit for restaurants and shops. Overall if you want a great, relaxing beach stay with family, this is a great spot!!

My husband, daughter and pet dog Mocha enjoyed our stay. We very much enjoyed visiting the Shackleford Banks and seeing the wild horses and dolphins. My daughter and I spent some time on their dock our last night and it was very peaceful, I only wish we took advantage of that more as well as maybe kayaking over to the little island across the way. My only fall back was I kept bumping my head on the walls of the apartment but I was the only one that had the issue, my husband ( who is taller) and daughter did not. Most likely my very own perception issue😜

Renee’s place is lovely and perfect for anyone wanting a pleasant place to relax. It is completely private in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for a getaway to beautiful Harkers Island.

Everything was amazing and peaceful. Host was very flexible with letting us check in earlier than 4pm. All staff were amazing too! Will definitely come back and stay, very peaceful and private environment. 10/10 everything.

Fantastic stay! Fantastic, relaxing setting.... we loved the view of the water. There were some cute Easter decorations inside. The two dogs that live there are amazing! We missed our dogs so much and loved that theirs came to visit! Perfect stay for our family!

The place is outstanding. The view is incredible. You will have the sun early in the morning, if you are a late sleeper. Easy to adjust to that. Great place, just as advertised. Very accommodating host. I strongly recommend Avoid neighboring Radio Island. Find another of the incredible beach spots along Atlantic Beach.

Perfect location! It was just a short walk to the public beach access and a short drive to the restaurants.

Jennifer is absolutely amazing and kind! She makes you feel right at home. Her home is a prefect place to stay. The home is very private and restaurants are close by. The beach is only a 20 minute drive away. The pool is another plus to make for an even more fun and relaxing stay. This was our second stay and was even better this time around!

My husband and I wanted a relaxing stress free getaway to celebrate each other for our 25th anniversary, and Nola’s place provided that. Close enough to restaurants, downtown Beaufort and Morehead City that you can find plenty to do. Thank you for hosting!

The Lakes RV & Campground is a very nice place to stay. We stayed in a “tiny house” along a lake that is brand new. They had all amenities including dishware, towels, blankets, screened in porch, grill for charcoal, etc. and a really nice pool on the property! Michael was a great “Host” and was readily available to assist us with our needs. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this place to all!

amazing hosts! loved our stay at this cozy, beautiful tiny home. it was so peaceful, relaxing, super clean, and homey. we ran out of propane for the grill and they brought us a new tank immediately. really enjoyed spending time outside here.

Mr. Adam has to be THE most prompt host EVER!!! LOL!!!! And oh my LANTA it is just SOOOO gorgeous and cute!!! So much bigger than I thought it would be, I got there so late I wish I had gotten more time!! It was so comfy and perfect for what we needed!!! It is super secluded and PEACEFUL!!! There was so much beautiful wilderness all around and I just can't wait to visit again!!!

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was pristine, homey, and peaceful. Heidi was very friendly, responding to any questions, providing a tour upon arrival, showing her garden and chickens. I hope to return whenever we're in the area again. I highly recommend this beautiful home!

If your looking to get away from society, then this is the place to stay. Absolutely gorgeous views, relaxing surroundings and a wonderful house to bring your family. The house was beautiful with a log cabin feeling like you’re in the mountains. Plenty of space for my family of 5 with a master bedroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs along with a playroom loft with a Murphy bed that can fit 2 kids. Society, groceries, and food places are a good 20 min drive which is perfect for getting what you need or having a place to eat or takeout. Liz was an absolute pleasure to work with and would get back to me via messaging instantly and would even ask her husband if I would give her a curveball kinda question. Highly recommend this home to get away and have a great experience with your family.

Had a great night at this location. Perfect for a luxurious camping experience. Everything from booking to checkout went smooth and host was always super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Our stay was very comfortable and the views ew of the lake was beautiful sun rise and sunset . We enjoyed the pool and my husband enjoyed fishing . We will be going back for another visit . The playground will be built soon he said and I know the kids will love that . The cabins are so beautiful and the screened in porch was an added plus . The fire pit and grill was great . Thank you again The Lake resort is a best Anniversary getaway we have done .
