Our house is a beautiful 1930s millstone perfectly preserved, spacious and comfortable (210 m2), in a beautiful setting by the river. 800 m2 garden, with furnished terrace. In front of our house is a towpath that will take you in 15 minutes on foot to the beautiful village of Moret sur Loing. Saint Mammés is a charming boat village, accessible in 10 minutes and offers small shops. Fontainebleau and its forest are close too.

THE BARN | Forest & River Estate

The Barn is on the grounds of Château de Montmelian. It is a 180 square meters renovated house with 3 bedrooms , each equipped with a queen-size bed, a desk and a private bathroom. The Chateau de Montmelian is a harbor of greenery of more than 30 hectares situated in Samoreau, 8 kilometers from Fontainebleau. The parc hosts a chateau and various gardens, such as a rose and a bamboo garden, magnificent woods, water ponds.
