Great host, very responsive. Clean house, excellent location

This BnB is in the most beautiful neighborhood of Orange City. Feels like you are ducked off from Society but in reality, you are minutes from everything that you need. Mrs. Becky went all out with the decor: when inside felt like we were transported to the likeness of a log cabin and loved the authentic western vibe. The bathtub was by far my favorite addition to the room. It was nice and deep, and the circular feel contributed to how the people would bathe in the old days. The place was very clean and organized down to the little attribute of having scented toilet paper. There was no television, which was perfect because it made the evening very intimate and memorable for quality time with your partner. Mrs. Becky greeted us as we arrived with open arms, and she was very warm and motherly. Look forward to staying here again on a longer stay because sleeping on the bed felt like we were out for ages. Thank you so much Becky and we will see you soon!

This house shows how much thought was put into it. First off, the private entrance was easy to find and entry into the house was simple and well explained. Ron was very responsive and polite - you knew he was available of any questions came up. However, all of our needs were anticipated. We even loved the extras like the astronaut, blankets, cold water, and snacks. There were even outlets on each side of the bed for chargers so we didn’t have to juggle that. Besides functionality, the house came really well decorated and comfortable, you can tell a lot of thought and effort was put into it. This is our new favorite rental, can’t wait to be back.

We had such a wonderful stay. The farm house is right next to the owners’ house, but you don’t have to interact with them at all. This is a perfect location to get to Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge ( we came to see the bioluminescence). The area where this Airbnb is located is sooo peaceful and rustic. You hear birds, cicadas, and even rooster in the morning. The Airbnb is air conditioned. The bunk beds were really spacious and can fit two reasonably sized people per bunk. The owner is responsive and proactive, giving you all the information you need well in advance. You also don’t need to do much at all to check out (like strip the bed) which was such a plus. Highly recommend!
