Holiday rentals with beach access in Mouans-Sartoux

Everything is super good, the room is very thoughtful with water and plenty of coffee and tea, very thoughtful. Cons: The toilet flushing is not good, the sofa bed is not easy to operate, or maybe I didn't find the trick.

Me and my husband had an awesome stay in Laurent’s place . He came right away when I called him that we arrived . I his instructions were perfect .. the place was quiet , private snd near to all like stores , restaurant and etc. we were happy and satisfied with the money we paid for renting the place.. I will surely recommend the place to My friends and relatives .

The listing is exactly as described. Very good communication with Eleanor and Sébastien. The place is not very well soundproofed, we hear the footsteps above, but it didn't bother me that much. My only concern was the very steep climb to get to the accommodation by car as well as the difficult parking space since between a scooter, a wall and another car, but again everything was described on the listing, I parked as best I could, and it seems that it didn't bother the other hosts, so no problem. The space has everything you need. Thank you for your welcome, I went there for work and that's exactly what I needed.

Christophe’s apartment was perfect for our stay. I was a bit surprised there was only one toilet even though there were two walk in showers but it wasn’t a problem at all for two people. The living space was so spacious, both indoors and outdoors. The wrap around terrace provided gorgeous panoramic views of the water and the city. Really special place and would stay again if back to Cannes.

Great spot and apartment with a lovely cute balcony. If you get the chance to stay here in Antibes (in the old town with no cars), make sure to hit up Jeanne. Amazing natural wine bar and one of our fave dinner spots during our trip. Andrea & Manuel were super pleasant and we really appreciated the flexible check-in with our train delay! No complaints! Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the surrounding beauty, the interior is fully equipped, clean, everything is just right, the owner replied in time, and recommended the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are many delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.

The location is within 5 minutes walk of the town centre and a couple of beaches. Antibes is a vibrant historical town, offering a host of activities, cafes and restaurants. The apartment is on the 5th floor in a 1970's type block. It has a stunning view looking out over the sea towards Cap d'Antibes to the right, and Cap Ferrat to the left, from its wide balcony. The apartment was recently refurbished, and has been well-appointed, with white/grey flecked marble tiles throughout. There is a spacious living room with a combined kitchen, with full opening doors onto the balcony. The main double bedroom is also spacious, with a large shower area. The second twin bedroom is more compact, with a separate shower. There is one toilet. A well-appointed, comfortable apartment with one of the best views in attractive Antibes.

We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

We had a stay that met our expectations. The accommodation, services and environment correspond 100% to the description. New villa, very stylish and refined. Quality furniture.

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

We had a week long stay at Masion Regina and it was a wonderful stay for my wife and I. We had plenty of space, comfort of two full bathrooms helped us get out the door quickly in the morning. And the location could not be beat. Our first, and certainly not last time in Antibes. Strong AirCon, comfy bed and amenities were great. The rooftop terrace was spectacular; we changed our plans to have a quiet lunch on Sunday afternoon after picking up some provisions at the market and it was a highlight moment for sure. Only note, is that we were there for an entire week and only afforded two towels each which were not very nice and rough. We had to do some laundry which was less than ideal while on holiday, but this is only a minor note for improvement. Overall, wonderful all around and highly recommend!

We had a great stay. The house is very nice and welcoming, Régine was very good at welcoming us and even advised us what to do in the area, I recommend without hesitation. 😊

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

I cannot thank Xavier enough for the stay! This space is absolutely incredible, and is exactly as shown in the photos. It’s in an ideal location and is central to everything you’d want to see and do in Cannes! Not to mention , the building itself is gorgeous. Xavier also provides ample recommendations, and is super responsive and flexible with the check in/ check out process. If I’m ever back in Cannes, I will be staying here again for sure! Highly recommended anyone books this spot for your next trip to Cannes ☺️

It really was just as beautiful and romantic as the pictures. The view from the balcony was phenomenal, apartment smelled and felt so clean the whole stay. The apartment had pretty much everything you could need in it. The owners were so proactive keeping in touch with different recommendations and letting us know beforehand what’s happening in the city as different protests took place + a big conference started mid stay. We felt taken care of. It was an amazing place to stay at, would definitely visit again!

Céline is really nice and helpful! She responds very quickly and is always available. She makes sure everything is perfect and that we lack nothing. The accommodation is very clean and the views are superb. The grocery store just downstairs from the building is super convenient and there are a lot of things. The apartment is in a great neighborhood lots of restaurants and shops very walkable to everything. Very close to the harbor and beach clubs.

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

My recent stay was complete perfection. The apartment was fully equipped and immaculately clean. Our hosts were super helpful, friendly and attentive. Their place felt private & peaceful with multiple options for excellent transport links. Overall could not recommend enough and cannot wait to return!
