There are 2 full baths, a beautiful screened-in porch, patio, and a well stocked kitchen. Set in the lake community of Suissevale, the house is a short walk to States Landing beach/boat launch and about a mile from Suissevale beach. Castle in the Clouds hiking / snowshoeing trails are an 8 minute drive.

There are walking trails and abundant wildlife from deer, bear, moose and coyotes all of which you may encounter. The peepers will lull you to sleep at night. Pristine beach and hiking close by.

The kitchen is equipped with gas stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots & pans, etc. Washer and dryer in the basement. Spacious living and eating area. We have three security cameras for outside safety.
