There are walking trails and abundant wildlife from deer, bear, moose and coyotes all of which you may encounter. The peepers will lull you to sleep at night. Pristine beach and hiking close by.

Lakes Region home access to private & public beach

Great location in the heart of the Lakes Region! The house is in a private association with private beach access on Lake Winnipesaukee with boat ramp access (if you have a boat). Community with tennis/pickleball courts, clubhouse, basketball, sledding hill for winter fun. The kitchen is equipped with gas stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots & pans, etc. Washer and dryer in the basement. Spacious living and eating area. We have three security cameras for outside safety.

We have air conditioning in the summer and a double-sided fireplace for the cooler months. Fully stocked kitchen and dining room table with expansion boards for family dinners and card games--or go on the bug-free screened-in porch! Garage available to keep your toys clean and dry. Great value, traditional cabin style, and a cozy vibe.

Spacious sunny rustic-chic modern retreat nestled in the mountains of the Lakes Region. From the handcrafted soap, to the cozy robes and King size bed, stocked coffee/tea station, you are pampered. The Lake house

Enjoy the southern exposure, a sugar sand walkout beach, an L-shaped dock, and classic Lake Winnipesaukee construction. The open concept includes a full kitchen and a living room. The spacious bathroom also includes a washer and dryer. It has one private bedroom, and a ships ladder guides you to a loft containing additional sleeping space, with a catwalk to a private balcony overlooking the lake. This property has a detached bunkhouse with two full-sized beds and a ¾ bath.

Lake view home steps from the beach

This is a a beautiful, custom house with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and state of the art amenities throughout. There is a wrap around deck along with a sunroom that has a ping pong table. There's also a firepit and hammock out back. There is a gorgeous lake view as well. You are steps away from the beach and there are plenty of trails for hiking and biking all around the house. Suissevale is a private community in the heart of Moultonborough.

Downtown! Studio w 3/4 Bathroom. Private Entrance!

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.
