Villa holiday rentals in Mount Pleasant

The condo at Mariners Walk was quiet, clean and a very easy walk to the beach and community pool. We forgot our parking pass and the rental company was quick to get security to deliver us a pass for our stay. There is security going into Wild Dunes, so you’re required to show when you drive in and out. Can’t beat this for a quiet beach getaway!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in the condo. The view was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable and the whole unit was very clean and made you feel right at home. The only downside was the close beach access was closed due to dune work but that was not the hosts fault at all. We would love to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Seabrook! The place was newly renovated and absolutely spotless. It was a 4 minute drive to the beach and there was always parking. We loved the use of the resorts pools. We are already talking about booking for the same time next year!

This property was extremely clean and tastefully decorated. We would absolutely book this rental again. The management company was wonderful to work with and always responded quickly. Please Note: If you have mobility issues or problems with stairs, this would not be a good fit for you as there are stairs to access the unit and each of the 3 bedrooms are on a different level which requires stairs. Also, if you’re renting a golf cart, please be advised that there is no external outlet to charge it overnight. We had a workaround but it’s something to plan for. Areas for improvement: Extra pillows. The primary bedroom’s pillows were so uncomfortable that we did not sleep well the first night. The following nights we liberated pillows from our kid’s rooms and were able to get some sleep. Some extra pillows and blankets in each bedroom would be a welcome addition to this cozy rental property.

Our stay was great for a group of 5, easy to check in and an easy door code that I didn’t have to check my phone for every time. Less than a mile from lots of cute restaurants and coffee spots. Super peaceful and within a Great distance to downtown Charleston and Sullivans island. A great back yard area for hanging out or simply for kids to play. Would 100% recommend staying here and we would stay again for our next visit !

An excellent location with a great view of the lagoon, this condo was the perfect place to unwind with a week of Spring Break biking and beach walks. Comfy furniture both inside and out and a well-appointed kitchen made for an easy rainy Sunday as well as a few lazy evenings in. Night Heron Park and the beach are only minutes away by bike or on foot, making the Park Villas a convenient location for couples and families alike. We'd stay at this condo again.

The best part of our stay with 4 adults and 4 small children was the beach and pool were so easy to get too. The condo is very simple and plain , which was great for our crew. One suggestion would be to provide a rail for the top bunk for safety. We had to put top mattress on the floor. More trash bags would be also be helpful.

Had a relaxing weekend in this perfect little condo. very clean, very quiet. we enjoyed being walking distance to the beach and club. nice view of the golf course where we got to see multiple deer, and alligators!

We loved the location and the home. It was the perfect place to celebrate a family birthday and the home was completely set up for entertaining with plenty of serving, cooking and eating utensils!! Plenty of beach towels, chairs and even bikes for everyone. Definitely one of the best outfitted homes we've stayed in on Folly! Bob was terrific to work with!!

This property is right across the street from beach access and a 5 minute walk to the main pool, restaurant, and golf courses. Amanda was very responsive and proactive ensuring we had everything we needed prior to check-in, especially our amenity card information. She even let us check in an hour early to accommodate our toddlers nap time. We stayed as a family of 5 and this villa was the perfect size. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach vacation in a great location!

We absolutely loved our stay! The villa is right across the street from the pool and a short walk to the beach, but is still very quiet, peaceful and safe. It was great that the beautiful pool area was so convenient for my 2 kids. The place is super clean and has everything you need. I especially loved the outdoor deck with lounge chairs. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Seabrook Island.

Our stay with Vacasa was easy and lovely, just as described. The home was more spacious than I imagined and the team was extra communicative, even checking in the day after we arrived to see how everything was going. The house was clean and comfortable! Thank you.

Our stay was great. The unit was phenomenal and the location was very nice and close to the beach. We had a minor hiccup upon arrival because our door code didnt work, but it was quickly ironed out. I'd highly recommend this place!

Great location with wonderful views of the Atlantic!! Very comfortable space...perfect for a couple's long weekend getaway!

The condo was amazing! The only criticism I have is that Tom's description and pics were not as amazing as the place was in real life! Everything was sparkling, the building was extremely quiet, the furniture was so comfortable, open floor plan so we all could comfortably hang out, beds were super comfortable, walkable to the beach, we rode bikes everywhere, it was fantastic! No complaints!!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, and the location was both beautiful and peaceful. We visited during Thanksgiving week, and the weather was perfect for enjoying the lovely screened-in porch. The host was fantastic—quickly resolving a minor issue, incredibly responsive, and even leaving us a thoughtful Thanksgiving treat. We’re already looking forward to returning next year!

I always want to pay less money but you get what you pay for. This was a wonderful place to stay, right at the beach with a partial view of the ocean and right next to the pool. We had 6 teenagers with us and they all had a great time too. My wife and I spent a lot of time in Charleston which is just a short drive from Isle of Palms. And the Wild Dune Resort was a great plus. When I booked the place, I didn’t realize that we were within the Wild Dunes. It is so beautiful. You will love this place.

Wonderful place! Nice pool, ocean view and beach access. Great screened balcony on main level and a bonus open balcony up top. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Well stocked with everything we needed including an iron and ironing board. There was a grill down by the pool which we didn't use but could be handy if needed. Beds were comfortable and supportive. It is a bit of drive to downtown Charleston, but we were going the opposite direction of the beach traffic, so it wasn't too bad. We will miss hearing the ocean waves!

This place was a dream, it was extremely clean, well decorated and very comfortable. Plus, it was bigger than it appeared to be in photos, which was a plus! Being in the resort was a HUGE plus, we traveled with our toddler and he was able to get use of the park up the street, resort perks, the pool, and of course the beach. I loved staying right on the beach and how private it was. No crowds and flourishing wildlife. I would highly recommend this place and will return next time we are in SC. It is pricy but worth it.

We loved our time at the Beach Club Villas! The unit was updated, clean, and had everything we needed for a week at the beach. Nothing beats that view of the ocean, but we were also so happy with the location and proximity to restaurants and activities. Very walkable! Will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Vicki’s villa on Seabrook. The location is perfect, private and peaceful, nestled in the Live Oaks with beautiful views from each of the FOUR outdoor areas. It is an easy walk to the beach and the club, which has a great pool and lounge area on an embankment overlooking the ocean. We love to cook, and the kitchen is fabulous, well appointed with all the equipment you need to make meals. Vicki and the management were also incredible with communication. We couldn’t have asked for a better week. We highly recommend Vicki’s villa—you will experience a peaceful escape and right at home.

We had an amazing time at IOP and will definitely be back! The Airbnb was super clean and modern. It’s the ideal spot to unwind and recharge. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!
