Very nice 1-room apartment in the center of Linz with large terrace with 2 sun loungers, 2 chairs + table. Although we are right in the center here, it is amazingly quiet and peaceful. With double bed + fold-out couch. The two beds are separated by a wall, but still in the same room. Small kitchen that has everything you need. High-quality shower, toilet and washing machine! The owner lives in the same building and is always responsive and helpful. Welcome to Linz 🤗

My priority is to give guests privacy, so a maximum of 12 people stay here together. While wandering, you will discover deep forest ponds, lakes and many mysterious places in abandoned villages.
