My accommodation is located in the municipality of Muldestausee in the district of Gröbern. Gröbern is a small town with 800 inhabitants. In a 10-minute walk you can reach Lake Gröberner, which invites you to swim and relax. There you can rent bicycles, sub-s, boats and flosse for a fee in the Waldressort. By bike you can explore the entire area from the Wörlitz Garden Kingdom to the Goitzsche. Also not far to Leipzig and Halle. You can reach the new FOC outlet centre in 25 minutes.

The apartment is centrally located yet quiet. In a few minutes you can reach: • the spa park with brine spa • the Dübener Heide Nature Park – ideal for hiking & cycling • Shopping, cafes and restaurants We attach great importance to cleanliness, comfort and personal care. If you have any questions or tips about the area, we are always there for you. Attention: for stays over one night, there is a 2 euro tourist tax per night/per guest, children €1.50.

The apartment in the villa "Möwengeflüster" offers maximum comfort on 220 m² - directly on the picturesque Goitzschesee. The house was completed in 2025 & impresses with its open architecture & high-quality furnishings. The living and dining area offers direct lake views thanks to large window fronts. Here, cozy relaxation & stylish design meet harmoniously. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom. A sauna & a spacious terrace invite you to relax.

Little book house on Lake Bergwitz

Our vacation home is located 12 km south of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m², was lovingly renovated by us and the character was largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is on the same property as our house, so we are available to answer any questions.

Das Apartment bietet die beste Ausgangslage um Leipzig zu erkunden, da das Zentrum Leipzig’s mit nur 1,5 km fußläufig erreichbar ist.

The modern & family-friendly apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach to Lake Goitzsche. The apartment has free parking and is equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linens, towels, TV, fully equipped kitchen and balcony with lake view. The area offers many opportunities for hiking in the Dübener Heide, cycling around the lake or for excursions to Dessau with the famous master houses.

Kick back and relax in our calm, stylish space. In just a few steps you can reach the sandy beach, which invites you to bathe and swim. The apartment has two stand-up paddles that can also be used. You can easily explore Lake Goitzsche and adjacent lakes by bike. A dream for nature lovers! The apartment complex is still in the development phase. We would like to point out possible impairments.

An idyllic & quiet courtyard awaits you on almost 3000 square meters with a large & fenced garden - consisting of meadows, fruit trees, barns with a view of nature - all for you alone. Between the Dübener Heide & Muldestausee Nature Park you will find bike paths, extensive lakes, forests & lots of peace and quiet. The farm has a large garden, pavilion, pool and open barn.
