We had a very nice time at Michael's place. It is located in a quiet street with plenty of parking. Michael was always available and answered our questions quickly. We were very warmly welcomed and guided through the house. Already during the tour we noticed how well-equipped house is with towels, hair dryer, sufficient dishes and cutlery, spices for cooking, WiFi and much more. All rooms were tidy, clean and very lovingly furnished. We had more than enough space for 8. We felt very comfortable right away. Thanks to Michael for the wonderful accommodation:)

We had a wonderful 4-day stay in this apartment! The location is absolutely top-notch – located a bit outside the city, so it's quiet, but also a perfect starting point for activities. The apartment was blitz clean and well equipped. The connection to public transport is also ideal, so you can quickly get anywhere. Overall, I can only highly recommend this accommodation and would stay here again at any time!

A nice house with plenty of space, in a pleasant area. The kitchen is very well equipped and I loved the fact that all of the cupboards and drawers had little labels on to show what was inside - a handy little touch. The dining area is very comfortable with a large, sturdy table. We stayed for a couple of nights during a period of very warm weather and really appreciated the fact that it was easy to open the very large windows and get a nice breeze blowing through. The only slight drawbacks were a slow-draining shower, a lack of comfy living room furniture (one nice chair - the other two items are IKEA pull-out beds with hard backs), the very heavy door on the dishwasher (the door tension is broken, so it opened without any resistance and nearly flattened the dog!) and a missing garden gate so the dogs had to be kept on their leashes when in the garden, but these are very minor things when compared to the positive points about the accommodation. I would happily stay there again.

The host was super friendly and nice. You can feel that he furnished the apartment with a lot of love for his fellow human beings. You immediately feel at home and you have everything you need for a nice stay and all that for a nice price ratio. Unbeatable!

Our far too short time in Vera's small loft was rainy but still incredibly relaxing. We felt right at home thanks to Vera's warm nature. The accommodation is super clean and decorated with visible creativity, love and craftsmanship in all corners. It is really very cozy and, due to the many upcycling and the beautiful location, exceptional and close to nature. Despite the rain, we sat for a long time in the covered outdoor area, watching the cats and ducks and listening to the pouring rain. Lake Baldeney is within walking distance through the beautiful forest and restaurants and supermarkets are also nearby. Thanks to Vera's good description and reliable accessibility, you can find the hidden cottage very well. We will be happy to come back ☀️ Greetings from Cristian and Venice

Once again it was totally beautiful and pleasant! Ruth is a great and likeable host. Everything I need for my purposes is on site. I really recommend it!

Adrian’s place served us well for a visit with old friends, who lived in easy walking distance. We especially relished how effective the blackout shades worked in the bedroom! Made for a great sleep. The apartment is spacious, has a nice kitchen and its own outdoor patio. Being on the ground floor was convenient. A grocery store is in easy walking distance. We will stay again when we come back to visit our friends.

Good value for money and everything was as described. It is located in a nice neighborhood with plenty of parking. Apartment is neat, quiet environment and met expectations. Communication with Paul was very good. Only the sofa bed we found a bit hard.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment. The fenced garden was ideal for our dogs, who also enjoyed the walks by the nearby water. Everything was tip top clean and beautifully furnished - you could tell that someone had made an effort. The surroundings are amazing and you can quickly reach all the interesting places in the Ruhr area. An absolute recommendation!

Had a great stay!! There was a nice communication and the apartment was clean and easy to use. The only downside is that it was around 10 degrees outside but was very hot inside (without the heating on). No further comments or remarks! We recommended to everyone!
