The apartment is really great in all the aspects. Location is amazing, just 3 minutes walk from the Central Station, 5-6 minutes walk from downtown, all the cafes and restaurants. In front of the building is situated the Opera and Theatre with the spectacular park. The apartment is very comfortable, furnished with all necessary equipment and amenities, balcony has nice view as well as the in yard space. Special thanks to host, Mert, who was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay at this apartment when next time will be in Essen.

The place was perfect for what we needed and Steve was extremely responsive and pro-active about communicating with us.

뒤스부르크 중앙역 인근에 위치하여 숙소와의 접근성이 너무 좋았습니다. 어디로든지 이동하기 편하였고, 인근에 쇼핑몰이 있어 필요한 물품도 구매하기 편했습니다. 방도 깨끗해서 편안하게 묵었습니다.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft, besonders die große Terrasse mit Blick auf den wunderschönen Garten hat uns viele schöne Momente bereitet.

Wir hatten zu viert eine schöne Zeit über das Wochenende und haben das Haus genossen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Wir buchen gerne wieder!

Ulrike的房子是我们目前为止这么多年在欧洲住过的最好的房源(或许没有之一), 她的家就像是一个世外桃源,环境非常优美,让人感受到身处大自然的美好. 同时Ulrike和她的家人也非常的亲切友好,为人友善和热情, 总是能及时帮我们解决任何房屋入住方面的问题. 同时空闲时间会给我们准备当地特色的糕点食品,非常棒👍 . 总之我们在Ulrike 的房子里渡过了非常美好的一个假期, 今后有机会我们一定还会再来, 同时也强烈推荐其他朋友有机会入住他们的房子🏠👍👍

Es war ein ganz toller Aufenthalt. Ich werde mich ganz sicher noch oft bei Svenja einbuchen. Das Haus war toll weihnachtlich geschmückt und die Kommunikation mit Svenja war wirklich exzellent! Ich kann nur eine absolute Empfehlung aussprechen. Wer nach Moers möchte hat die Bushaltestelle fußläufig, ebenso das Zentrum von Schwafheim mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Und für mich besonders wichtig, auch das AWO Seniorenzentrum liegt nur 4-5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Tiny House mit allem was man braucht. Besonders die Küchenutensilien waren top (Neu und hochwertig). Toll war die Waschmaschine (mit integriertem Trockner). Für mehr als ein paar Tage wäre uns das Haus zu klein und zu wenig privat. Die Lage der Terrasse an der (immerhin sehr ruhigen) Straße, ohne Grün und vis a vis mit den Vermietern war nicht so attraktiv. Unterm Dach kann es im Sommer sehr warm werden.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette maison. Elle est parfaitement conforme à la description : propre, bien équipée, spacieuse et très agréable à vivre. Le quartier est calme et idéal pour se reposer, tout en restant proche des commodités. L’hôte a été très réactif et accueillant, ce qui a rendu notre arrivée et notre départ très faciles. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le jardin. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Sehr unkomplizierter Gastgeber, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war super, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit kreativen Lösungen für ein Kellerambiente. Wer auf die Möglichkeit, Fernsehen zu schauen Wert legt, sollte einen passenden Account haben (?) Kenn mich damit nicht aus. Für müde Radler perfekt!

Super, ich werde weiter empfehlen. :)

Logement spacieux et rénover, bien situé et facile de se garer à proximité

Consider yourselves really lucky and blessed if you can get a booking at this place at your desired dates! This apartment, and so the owners: Ulf & Charlotte, are truly deserving the 5 stars-rating by all their guests who had been here before us! :) The other guests already wrote pretty much everything we wanted to write, about how squeaky clean everything is in this apartment, how comfortable, how quiet, how modern it is, etc., and it provides everything you need for a short or even long stay. They even have an EV charger! And with the parking space just right outside the entrance door, is really convenient! And another thing that was super nice was the 2 AC units (1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room), and they put shutters at all windows! which is great! not only for privacy but also to prevent heat coming from the outside. We were staying here during a very hot weekend, which was up to 32°-33°C (with real feel of 34°). But we were super comfortable inside the apartment.

Schöne gemütliche Wohnung mit toller Lage! check-in und Check-Out verläuft unkompliziert. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder her!

O apartamento é bem amplo, possui utensílios e todas as comodidades que facilitam a hospedagem. Muito limpo. Próximo da estação central, portanto, de fácil mobilidade. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gorden's apartment. The house is lovely, very modern and comfortable. We loved the garden and the neighborhood so much. There is a beautiful lake near by which was perfect for longer walks. Gorden was super friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more memorable! Will definitely go back and recommend to others!
