La casa in Castelvecchio

L'appartamento si trova in una grande casa ricoperta di vite americana nel centro della cittadina di Borgo San Lorenzo. L'abitazione è composta da una camera da letto matrimoniale, una cucina e un bagno con doccia. Nella parte esterna c'è un cortile di pietre grigie ed un orto biologico ricco di verdure cresciute con amore e fiori antichi di altri tempi. L'alloggio è per due persone, singole o in coppia, ma c'è anche la possibilità di aggiungere un lettino se ci fosse un bambino presente. La valle del Mugello ha piccoli tesori di rara bellezza: il borgo medievale di Scarperia, le pievi romaniche di Borgo S. Lorenzo, di Sant'Agata e della piccola località di San Giovanni, la casa del pittore Giotto a Vicchio. Le verdi passeggiate nei sentieri dei boschi nell'Appennino tosco-emiliano, il succulento tortello mugellano ripieno di patate, il Lago di Bilancino vicino a Barberino del Mugello. Storia, natura e, se siete appassionati di moto, c'è anche l'autodromo internazionale del Mugello. Ci sono treni e autobus da e per Firenze Dal 1 maggio 2019 all’arrivo sarà richiesto, in contanti, il pagamento dell’imposta di soggiorno dovuta al Comune di Borgo San Lorenzo, pari a euro 1,50 al giorno a persona, fino ad un massimo di 6 giorni consecutivi. This was my 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 family apartment on the 𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 of the historic 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿. It’s on the 𝟱th and 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 of a small building (elevator to the 4th floor + one flight of stairs) in a quiet residential area. For me, it’s a calm corner with a view of the hills and the rooftops. We renovated it recently, keeping the warmth of a real home, hoping you’ll feel part of the city. The sunsets from the entry window are a small extra touch — something I hope will stay with you.

The MOONLIT & SUNNY COTTAGE near Florence

IL COLLE DI FALTUGNANO: immersed in an olive grove on a Tuscan hills and with an amazing view of the valley, the stone cottage has been remarkably recovered a few months ago, a caravanserai a few century ago. In a strategic position close to Florence is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients, such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

L' appartamento si trova a 20 minuti dal centro Firenze , può essere raggiunto anche tramite autobus n.25 o AT, collegato molto bene. Posizione strategica per stare in un posto tranquillo in campagna ma vicino a Firenze e al Mugello, sicuro.

Nel giardino sono disponibili un barbecue, una zona coperta ed un playground per il basket. La privacy è assicurata da una fitta siepe. Parcheggio privato con accesso esclusivo.

Ampio giardino di 5 ettari con prati, bosco, uliveta, pascolo con cavalli. Spazi attrezzati per mangiare all'aperto nella corte, nella terrazza panoramica e accanto alla piscina. Ci troviamo sulle colline a 400 m di altitudine distanti 13 km da Firenze e 9 km da Fiesole.

L'agriturismo è immerso nella campagna mugellana distante pochi chilometri da Firenze ed è molto vicino sia alla stazione che alla fermata dell'autobus. La casa è su due piani al piano terra è presente la cucina, il bagno e una camera matrimoniale, invece al primo piano c'è una seconda camera ,un bagno e un balcone che affaccia sulle colline fiorentine. Il posto è perfetto per chi vuole visitare firenze e dintorni senza vivere completamente il caos cittadino.

In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.
