Set within the bustling community of Mullion village, this delightful old cottage is featured on the Mullion Heritage Trail, its records dating back to 1783. With a covered parking space beside it and free additional parking available close by. It has a small, fully enclosed private rear courtyard. Deceptively large downstairs open plan living space, with a multi-fuel burner which is a great place to relax together. Towels and bedding provided. Within 1 mile away from South West coast footpath, easy reach of Poldhu, Polurian beaches & Mullion Harbour. 2 local dog friendly pubs within 200 metres. Other restaurants/hotels are close by & 2 local food stores within easy walking distance. There is a fish & shop in the village offering takeaway or eat in the restaurant, serving very high quality food. Mullion also boasts an 18 hole golf course & welcoming club that serves excellent food. You can even learn to surf at Poldu beach or contact Lizard Adventure for paddleboarding, kayaking or rock climbing & survival skills activities. There are horse riding stables in the village. The Shed

A self contained garage conversion comprising of - Bedroom (double bed), bathroom, cosy living space with log burner. Kitchen area with hob (NO OVEN), Air fryer, fridge, kettle and microwave. Tea/coffee/milk and some breakfast items (bread/cereals) are provided. As are towels and bedding, toilet roll & hand soap. Outside sitting area with countryside views. 5 minutes walk to coast path. Quaint village pub with beautiful sea views within walking distance. Unfortunately we do not allow any pets.

Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

Moonsail, Cadgwith Cove: Short Walk to Pub & Beach

Moonsail is a beautiful 2 bed cottage with views over Cadgwith valley - a perfect escape for couples or families. Five min drive to Kynance. The wifi has been upgraded to fibre. The cove is a short stroll away and has a great pub, cafe and shops. Cadgwith is one of the last few active fishing villages and you can watch all the goings on from one of the two beaches in the cove. Watch the Cadgwith singers in the pub on a Friday evening. Unfortunately this cottage isn't suitable for pets.

Gardeners Cottage - Trenoweth Estate

A lovely tranquil detached wood lined studio cottage in the grounds of Trenoweth House, Gardeners Cottage offers spacious open plan living for two people with a sofa bed to sleep another adult or two small children. The cottage is set in the walled kitchen garden, as well as having shared access to grounds of the main house, the swimming lake and woodland that forms the Trenoweth Estate. it is a mix of fabulously simple and rustic with all mod cons. It's a bright and sunny space, in a delightfully tranquil area. Our southeast-facing verandah is an ideal spot on sunny mornings for breakfast and relaxing. The location is ideal for Helford River, Falmouth town and beaches. Walking from here, you can reach part of Port Navas Creek within 20 minutes and further on to the coast path and coves.
