Der Bahnhof Beuggen liegt in Laufnähe (1,5km). Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein Kinderspielplatz und auch der Wald mit schönen Spazier- und Fahrradstrecken liegt nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Rez-de-chaussée complet d'une maison individuelle, d'une surface de 120m2!!! (La chambre No 3 se trouve au sous-sol de la maison). La rue est très calme mais également à deux pas de la frontière suisse (Basel-Bourgfelden) et donc du Tram No 3, et également de l’aéroport de Bale-Mulhouse (pas de vols entre 23:00 et 06:00). La Villa Bellevue est totalement rénovée début 2021, avec une très belle vue sur la nature depuis la terrasse, sans vis-à-vis. La machine à café est de marque Bosch Tassimo.
