Just minutes on foot to the luxury boutiques of Maximilianstrasse, our apartment offers you everything you need to feel at home. Have a drink at one of the many neighborhood bars, go for a run along the river just a block away, or recharge your batteries in our cozy apartment. On-site parking: €25 per night. Ask for availability. Fully furnished with bed sheets, towels, household and kitchen equipment including a Nespresso coffee maker, Internet, wardrobes, award-winning mattress and smart TV.

Chic studio in the center (French Quarter)

The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Meine Unterkunft (27 m²) ist gut für Paare, einzelne Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und pelzige Freunde (Haustiere). In wenigen Minuten ist man am Viktualienmarkt (300 M.), Marienplatz (600 M.), Isartor (250 M.) und Deutschen Museum (600 M.). Rauchen ist verboten!
