A modern family villa high above Lake Ammersee with a romantic park and lots of seating, its own stream, vineyard, orchard and two ponds make the adult vacation for recreation and the children's vacations for adventure. On hot days, a dip in the neighboring warm bath or in Lake Ammersee is recommended. City strolls and culture can be enjoyed in Munich's city center, only 25 minutes away by car. The house is equipped with modern beauty, high-quality and offers many amenities with a 50 sqm terrace, even in the outdoor area. In 2 bedrooms and 2 children's rooms, 3 adults and 2 children can live. The living room offers another guest bed. A baby cot can be provided. Through the house entrance and hallway you enter a spacious living room with fireplace, dining area. The adjoining open kitchen has an oversized ceramic hob and high-quality kitchen equipment with all appliances. Cooking can be a shared experience... On the same floor are the parent area with bedroom, bathroom with hot tub tub and extra shower room as well as the guest bathroom and youth room. All rooms have direct access to the surrounding 50 sqm - terrace. In the house on the ground floor with an exit to the garden, there is a children's room with bunk bed, a playroom and a children's bathroom with rain shower.

Beautiful room on the first floor of a house. Bathroom is on the ground floor. It is equipped very beautiful partly with ancient furniture. With two separated single beds (100x200cm and 90x200cm) and an extra fold-bed if needed. Timber floor, under-floor heating. It is a beautiful villa from the 1930's with large garden. Very calm. Laundry service after arrangement possible. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Mc Donald's is only 2 min away by walk. The landlady speaks also English, French, Spanish, Italian. To the exibition by underground in 20 minutes or a 35 minute walk, to city center by underground in round 20 minutes. Our two dogs Willy and Beppo also live in the house.
