Relax in a special and quietly located house. On the ridge above the Mangfall Valley, leisure activities and exploring the area are ideal. Secluded location, with long evening sun. A stylishly designed chalet, a great retreat for relaxing days. A double bed (1.80 x 2 m) in the bedroom and 2 single beds in the attic, as well as a pullout couch, allow 4-5 people to stay. The 95 m² house offers space for 6 adults. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with a library and a TV as well as a shower with toilet. Outside there is a terrace with barbecue and a fenced garden. There is a storage room with washing machine and a shed for SUP boards and bicycles.
