The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

Monoblock air conditioning. Neighborhood quiet residential development right on the edge of the forest. Parking is always easy everywhere. S-Bahn [suburban train] 7-minute walk or 1-minute bus. 15-minute drive to Marienplatz.

It is about 25 minutes drive to Messe- Munich exhibition center , 50 minutes drive to Munich airport. The apartment is nice decorated with real wood floor and high-end furniture. A dreaming place to have a vacation with the families. Parking is free and right in front of the entrance, supermarket is just 1 kilometer away. The high way entrance is 3 kilometer away.

Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private terrace. Lakeside facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
