Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Die Kaiserlounge wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Zu Fuß erreicht man alles: den See, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Kultur (Kino, Museum), Sportmöglichkeiten wie Golf, Fahrradfahren, Schwimmen, Segeln, SUP, Tennis etc. Mit dem Zug/ SBahn in 30 Minuten ist München erreichbar.
