Chic studio in the center (French Quarter)

The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Our airbnb is just minutes from the city centre and the main train station with great public transport accessibility. The area is adorned with historic buildings, boutiques, supermarkets, restaurants and trendy cafes all while being just steps away from the city's iconic landmarks.

Quiet oasis of well-being | 3 bedrooms near Munich

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Perfect for a relaxed private or business stay in munich. This beautiful rooftop loft is located in the center of Munich between Gärtnerplatz and the river Isar. It has a wide double bed in the bedroom (200x200cm). Optional - A third guest could sleep on the sofa (190x90cm). Please ask. Schönes Dachterrassen-Loft, im Zentrum zw. Gärtnerplatz und Isar. Our apartment was completely renovated in January 2024 and is in the center of Munich, just minutes on foot to Marienplatz, the Old Town and the boutiques on Maximilianstraße! Have a drink at one of the neighborhood bars, go for a run along the Isar river, or just chill out in the apartment with the TV, comfy couch and a Nespresso machine (fair trade, recyclable pods)! The sofa pulls out into a comfortable bed with a mattress topper. On-site parking: €25 per night. Ask for availability.

From Johaneskirschen, you can reach the City center in 15 minutes and Oktoberfest in 20 minutes. Allianz Arena is an 11-minute, and Messe is a 15-minute drive. Our two-story duplex apartment is located in a quiet, safe, and conveniently accessible area with views of trees and forests.
