Location: Downtown, right next to the historic wall surrounding the city. 5 mins by foot to the market square. The house was completely renovated in 2014. It is only 200 m to the nearest bus stop, from there you can reach the Marl-Sinsen train station or the S-Bahn station Marl-Mitte with connections to Münster or Essen or Haltern am See or Wuppertal in a few minutes. One bed is in the bedroom, in the living room of the apartment there is a sofa bed.
