The vacation home was completed in 2018. It is located on a farm in the northernmost part of Gelsenkirchen. All attractions, such as Movie Park, Zoom Adventure World, Arena Auf Schalke, Alpine Center Bottrop, Atlantis Dorsten and many more can be reached quickly. Bakers, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies and doctors are within walking distance. Around our farm you will find grain, corn, potato fields and horse meadows where you can walk, or you can enjoy the tranquility on our terrace and relax.

Tourist destinations such as the Ketteler Hof, Wildpark Granat, Roman Museum provide plenty of variety for young and old. In Haltern am See, there is a varied culinary offer from beach bar to 1 star restaurant.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. In an absolutely quiet location and yet only 8 minutes from the center (bicycles can be rented, €10.00/week), it impresses with a 1a kitchen, modern bathroom (BD, underfloor heating), sauna on request, terrace with garden view/ awning, all-round blinds, spacious bedroom and bright living room also with terrace access.
