Completely new, cozy 2-room-Apartment in sunny basement with private parking, flat screen, Wi-Fi, washing machine & dryer as well as south terrace and 2 bikes including child trailer, which we have lovingly furnished in our new building. The location is perfect: 200 m as the crow flies to the beautiful canal and only 2 km to the center always along the popular Warendorfer Straße, which is peppered with very nice shops. The popular nightlife district in the Südstadt and the harbor are also easy to reach.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor (42m²) - 1 combined living/sleeping room, 2 single beds - 1 bedroom, 1 single bed (140 x 200 cm) - 1 kitchen - 1 bathroom, shower + toilet - Bed linen/towels free - Free Coffee, tea and mineral water - No final cleaning costs location: near Aasee (about 2min walk), free parking space in front of the house, parking spaces for bicycles. From the train station (about 15 min) by city bus (line 4 + 10, to Offenbergstraße stop). Non-smoking household. NO pets.

Close to the city center (4 km), bus stop 150 m. The house is very quiet. You can look into an open field from the studio. Fully equipped kitchenette (sink, fridge, 2-burner ceramic stovetop, cabinets). Double bed (2 m x 1.60 m). The studio has air conditioning. For a toddler we have a baby crib. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with children). We pay a lot of attention to the environment: solar power, ProWindgas (green hydrogen), waste separation...

Welcome to the housekeeper's apartment (basement) of the former parsonage. The apartment is very quiet with a view over the private terrace to the garden. In 12 minutes, you are on foot in the city center. The apartment has its own parking space. Münster charges 4.5% accommodation tax for private overnight stays. From January 2024, the accommodation tax also applies to professional stays. The accommodation tax is not paid through Airbnb but on site.

The apartment is officially registered and officially approved for short-term rental. This spacious 4.5-room apartment, renovated in the summer of 2021, stretches over 2 floors. It has a large, light-flooded living/dining area, 3 fully equipped bedrooms as well as 2 modern bathrooms and a balcony. In just under 15 minutes, you can reach Münster's beautiful city center with the available bicycles (2x) and move as fast as real Münster residents.
