Het 4 persoons B&B appartement Op Stal is gesitueerd in de voormalige koeienstal en is luxe en charmant ingericht met keuken, infraroodsauna, houtkachel terras op binnenplaats. Veel bezienswaardigheden (oa Kasteeltuin Arcen), natuur (oa Reichswald, Maasduinen), dorpjes en stad (oa Gennep, Boxmeer, Arcen, Xanten, Kevelear, Nijmegen) en activiteiten (oa 9 golfbanen, leukermeer, reindersmeer) liggen op 10-30 min rijden.

We would like to welcome you to our sustainable and smoke-free bed & breakfast on the water! Apartment Grutto is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate up to 4 people, with living room/kitchen with sofa bed, separate bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. There is plenty of parking space. Furthermore, we are easily accessible by public transportation (5 minutes' walk). There is also a sandy beach on the Tjeukemeer within a 5-minute walk.

Historic farmhouse from 1864, centrally located between the Veluwe forests, heaths and sand drifts and the Veluwemeer the lake surrounding the new land of the polders. Enjoy the space, nature, tranquility and old fishing villages, while cities such as Zwolle, Amersfoort and Amsterdam are easily accessible. The house is equipped with every comfort and a large garden is available for the guests. We have room for 1-6 guests. We do serve an extensive and as much as possible organic breakfast.

Beautiful home with plenty of space around the house. We love hospitality and respect your privacy. Can be totally contactless if that is a wish, because everything is separate and has its own entrance and lockbox. House is cleaned by us according to Airbnb rules. Important due to ambiguity, we can serve/make breakfast, but this can only be done on request and costs 10 pp. The meadow opposite the front door can be used by our guests for the dogs. This is fenced and the garden is not fenced.
