The forest house has a beautiful sauna and a big (wild) garden of more than 1000 m2 where you can rest and enjoy all the flora and fauna. From the cottage you can walk, cycle and swim for hours. There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. Welcome to the "Waldhaus an der Wiese" in Uelsen. Our 2024/25 extensively and energetically renovated bungalow is located on a 1000 m² sunny clearing in the forest and holiday area of Uelsen, surrounded by birches, pines and oaks. Behind the house you have a wonderful view over meadows and pastures. Especially in the morning, when the sun rises over the meadow and you sit with a coffee in the conservatory – an unforgettable moment! Here you can enjoy heavenly peace in a natural environment.

Welcome to Boshuis "Snug as a Bug." In this detached spacious bungalow in the middle of the forest, you can enjoy the tranquility and nature. The warmth comes from both the cozy complete rooms and the pellet stove/outdoor fireplace. For optimal enjoyment, bicycles, good WiFi, high chair and games/books are available. This makes the forest house very suitable for families who want to enjoy a comfortable stay. Due to the location, we do not rent to young people/groups of friends.

The vacation home consists of a bright living room including a kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. Outside, the sauna invites you to relax and from April to the end of October you can relax in the outdoor spa pool. The bathroom with shower is separated from the living room by a sliding door. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the living room, there is a single bed, which can be retracted. On the small gallery there is a double bed. In the living room, there is a sofa bed.

Baumberger Summer House

It is a peaceful place surrounded by a green garden (not visible), surrounded by nature, surrounded by birdsong, surrounded by night starry sky (there is no street lighting). A place where you can find peace and where you get the feeling that the world is perfectly fine. In the middle of the Baumberge region, nestled between the towns of Billerbeck, Havixbeck and Nottuln, lies our lovingly prepared private vacation home in the middle of the Holtmann vacation park.

Cozy modern bungalow 2021-2022 rebuild bungalow for 4 people, modern with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living and dining area and covered outdoor terrace. Room for exercise in the large garden area. Of course, everything is barrier-free. The garden is completely fenced, offers privacy from the street and is perfect with pets. The proximity to the lake is spectacular. This can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and ideal for long walks or by bike.

It is a quiet area, with an access road to the adjacent forest. You can cycle nicely in the area. But also possibly shop in the nearby villages such as Dedemsvaart and Hardenberg.
