Casa Fresca is a very pleasant, intimate and protected space of 54m2 where you like to be. It is surrounded by a park and an olive grove in a 400m2 enclosed area. It is ideal for two people and pets are also welcome. Picturesque forest roads are ideal for long walks or cycling. A warm and decorated kitchen awakens the feeling of home and it is possible to quickly accept the ambience as your own. A large glazed living room area of 24 m2 is the heart of Fresca. The view is open to the olive grove and terrace with a large jacuzzi.

Istria, Muntić apartment Nada

Apartment Nada is 100 m 2 in size with a private terrace and garden. It offers a Jacuzzi (massage pool) with heated water suitable for swimming all year round. Guests have an outdoor grill and a summer kitchen. Garden furniture and deck chairs provide the opportunity to relax in the shade of olive trees and the scent of Mediterranean herbs. Nearby, there is a children's playground free to use, and the shop is very close to the house. Muntic is 7 km from PULA and 3 km from the airport. Privacy is ensured.

This holiday home is almost 70 years old and is located near Rovinj, with a 5 minutes drive from the sea and beaches. You have at disposal almost 8000m2 of countriside. It is a one floor house of 120 m2 decorated with a mix of antique and modern furniture, suitable for 5 guests. There are the kitchen, lounge area , two bathrooms, king bedroom for three persons and second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have terrase. You can enjoy arround a new swimming pool. Swimm and bath.

Vacation home Una with 3 bedrooms, up to 6 people

Our new vacation home Una is waiting for you! It offers you lots of peace and relaxation on 120 m² of barrier-free living space with a private pool of over 53 m² in size. There are three bedrooms including bed linen, two with double beds and one with a bathroom and one with two single beds. In total there are two bathrooms including towels, bathroom one with massage bathtub and each with shower. We are happy to provide a high chair and travel cot, of course free of charge.

Petit 19th century house, Casa Maggiolina, Istria

Beautifully renovated autochthonous stone house of 85 sqm with a yard of 94 sqm, in a small Istrian village, only 15 km from Pula and the first beaches. Kuća se nalazi u mjestu Štinjan, udaljenom svega 5 km od grada Pule i nešto manje od 2 km od plaže Hidrobaza. Kuća ima 4 spavače sobe, 4 kupatila, prostran dnevi boravak i kuhinju. U dvorištu se nalazi bazen sa ležaljkama kao i dvije terase. Ispred kuće nalazi se parking za više vozila. Kuća se nalazi u naseljenom mjestu te nisu dozvoljene zabave, potrebno je pridržavati se kućnog reda ( nije dozvoljeno glasno puštanje glazbe kao i glasno pričanje i vikanje).

Our holiday home is a unique place right next to the Amphitheater Arena. Located in a quiet side street with a green private oasis full of native plants.
