The vacation rental is located with 2 other apartments in a house on an approximately 6,100 m² large, fantastic lake property with its own tennis court and its own jetty. There is another vacation home on the property. The shore with a small beach is about 50 m long. Spacious sunbathing and meadow areas offer plenty of space for a variety of recreation; also ideal for families with children. Pets are also welcome. It has a size of 35 m², consisting of 1 living room and 1 bedroom, 1 small kitchen-living room (stovetop, sink, refrigerator) and 1 bathroom with shower. Towels and linens are provided, as well as satellite TV and Wi-Fi. Free parking on the premises can be used. The Müritz is 20 meters away. A swimming area is available. To the city harbor, downtown and the national park entrance is a 5-minute walk.

On the ground floor is a large living area with fireplace, SMART TV, a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower and washer-dryer. In the attic you can use 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed each and 1 bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower and sauna. In the garden you will find 2 terraces, an outdoor hot tub with 35 degrees water temperature, a shed and 2 parking spaces.

The half-timbered courtyard was lovingly renovated in 2023 and has 5 stylish apartments. It is located on a quiet street in the island town of Malchow, 50 meters from a beautiful jetty, so the lake landscape is right outside the front door. Our courtyard is the heart and meeting place for our guests. Here and in the beautiful garden you can relax, barbecue, play table tennis. In 800 m you are at the harbor with a swing bridge and many good restaurants, boat and bike rentals.

In the first row, directly on Lake Plauer, lies the vacation home "MarthaSee" with unobstructed, magnificent panoramic views of the lake. In a minute you are at or in the water and can enjoy the lake. Opposite the property is a petting zoo for the little ones. Nearby you can rent bicycles, boats or canoes. Restaurants are within walking distance. Adjacent to the property is the 55-kilometer-long, often natural, idyllic bike and lakeside path around the lake.

Suitable for 2 people it is located in the basement of our house. Our holiday apartment is ideal for couples or business travelers. When booking our holiday apartment Kölpinsee (4pers.) in the same house, you can enjoy your holiday at the Müritz as a large family with up to 6 people.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer...
