This a cozy first floor walk out basement apartment in a 2 unit two blocks from Lake Michigan or Muskegon lake. Please note that the kitchen does not have a stove or oven. Our place is perfect for small families, couples, and friends looking to enjoy the area - Lake Michigan, beaches and hiking. *****We do not allow fragrances of any kind. The hvac system is connected to the upper unit so we do not allow sprays, body spray, candles, perfume etc…****** thank you for your consideration!

We had a wonderful stay in Muskegon and Jodi’s place could not have been any more perfect for us. I would warn anyone with elderly that struggle with stairs, it is a steep climb into the Airbnb, but worth it! The street has beautiful gardens and quiet peaceful little neighborhood. The walk to the beach was half the fun! We made use of the wagon and had a glorious day making memories on the beach!

Muskegon Lake waterfront-w/ dock

First and foremost - VERY CLEAN! This home is exactly as pictured. It is an older home, but it is completely remodeled inside, and beautifully done at that. I could tell that everything was brand new, from the bed linens to the throw pillows. We had everything we needed. The dock worked out perfect for our pontoon boat that we trailered there, and close to marinas with boat launches. Correspondence with Kimbra and Brad was almost instantaneous with any questions that I had. Great location on the lake, and close to a lot of good restaurants. Would definitely stay again!
